25mm. thick A.S. flooring in cement concrete (1:2:4) at all floors & levels using 12mm. and down grade hard granite chips of approved quality including mixing, hoisting, laying, consolidating, curing, by water tanker, finished smooth to the exposed surface with a floating coat of cement punning, rounding the corners where found necessary including cost of supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, transportation charges, etc. complete & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST)

Supplying of 110mmΦ PVC pipe(ISI make) with all fittings of required length including removing /dismantling the damaged/broken portion of pipe & fixing the same in position with PVC clamp, bobbin, brackets with leak proof joints, etc with supply of all labour, T&P, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST)

25mm thick graded concrete with C.C(1:2:4) by using H.B chips of 12mm and down grade of approved quality with concrete work and supply of all materials, labour T&P, taxes royalties, curing, scaffolding for all floors & addition of 2% W.P.C , (plastocrete plus) or its equivalent , recron fiber or chicken wire mesh if necessary etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge..(Excluding GST).

R.C.C(1:2:4) for R.C.C. works using 12mm to 20mm size H.B.G. chips for all floors, foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality, mixing as per approved design mix, hoisting, laying, compacting, curing including centring & shuttering with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, laboratory charges for performing design mix & testing as per relevant IS code etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge..(Excluding GST).

Reinforcement to R.C.C. works with supply of Fe-500 steel SAIL/VIZAG/RINL/TISCON or equivalent as per relevant I.S. & cutting bending, binding straightening of M.S. Tor Steel/Coil tying the grills and placing the grills in position including supply of 18 gauge binding wire with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, etc. complete as directed including cost of steel.(No wastage shall be paid. Steel coefficient should be as per IS 1786).(Excluding GST).

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Factory made 32mm thick Piasal pannel door & window shutter with cost of loading & un-loading stacking at departmental stores all complete including cost and supply of all materials, T&P, all taxes, transportation, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST) NB: Without painting.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of 32mm thick fully glazed shutter with 75mm width of all rails & styles made out of piasal wood with 5mm thick pin headed/frosted glass panels supported with wooden bitto or any other mean in the frame.(Excluding GST).

Factory made single/double leaf rigid FRP sand which composite door shutter of 32mm./1 mm. thick laminated with two FRP skin with wood grain finish fabricated using U.V. stabilized Isopthalic Gelcoat and one layer of 450 GSM E-Glass chopped Strand Mat (CSM), impregnated with orthopthalic polyster resin. The thickness of the skins will not be less than 1.5mm. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) structural form panel of 29mm. thickness and a density of 20 Kg./Cu. Mtr shall be used as core material. Wooden reinforcement made of seasoned Sal wood blocks of cross section not less than 27mm. x 38mm. and also necessary Sal wood reinforcement for fixing the metal fitting such as tower bolts, aldrops, handles etc. shall be provide. A material, the Sal wood reinforcement & the skins. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..(Excluding GST).

Factory made FRP Door frames of 75mm. x 100mm. or 70mm. x 120mm. size shall be fabricated using E-Glass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM), U.V. stabilized Isopthalic Gelcoat & impregnated with Isopthalic resin. The thickness of the FRP skin shall not be less than 2.0mm. The Door frame will consist of three segments which are provided with plug-in-socket arrangement in-situ in the mould. The segments are plugged in & with joined together by means of screws. The FRP frame shall be provided with wooden reinforcement of 6 locations for high screw holding capacity for fixing metallic hold fast & shall be consolidated by filling with plaster of pairs with fibre reinforcement with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. .(Excluding GST).
