Construction of OHSR to AGHS Khammam (A) Gollagudem (V) of Khammam Rural (M) in Khammam District

Construction of Over Head Service Reservoir VRCC M30 Grade as per IS 456 – 2000, of 60000 Lts capacity with a staging of 15 Mts. The reservoir shall include the following fixtures as detailed. a) RCC or Aluminum ladder inside 0.45 m wide. b) Spiral staircase on the outside. c) Lightening arrestor, including conductor and earthing etc. d) RCC ventilators with copper or stainless steel fly proof mesh. e) RCC finial ventilators with copper or stainless steel fly proof mesh f) Manholes frame and cover 0.75x0.75 m with frame as per IS specifications (light duty) - 2 Nos g) Railing with 32 mm dia G.I. Pipes (A class) in two rows around OHSR fixed in RCC (1:2.5:5) posts of size 100x75x75 mm with 1.5 m intervals around periphery on top of the OHSR for smaller capacities. h) Water level indicator of good quality with ebonite/ copper float approved pattern- 1 No Intervals around periphery on top of the OHSR for smaller capacities, water level indicator of good quality with ebonite / copper float approved pattern - 1 No. including three coats of epoxy paint to inner surface of the reservoir and roof dome, two coats of weather proof emulsion painting painting for external surfaces lettering fixing of all required fixtures pipes bends valves etc., for pipe connections but excluding cost of pipes, bends and valves as per departmental designs and drawings including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charged etc. complete for finished item of work.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank (manual means) with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 3m in Loamy & Clayey Soils like BC Soils, Red Earth & Ordinary Gravelly Soils ( SS 20-B) including all operational incidental labour charges such as shoring, strutting, sheeting, planking and dewatering including cost of hire charges of T & P, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work excluding seignerage charges and dewatering charges etc., complete for Foundation of Building.(APSS No. 308)

Manufacture, supply, & delivery of High Density Polyethylene pipes (PE-100 Grade) for water supply conforming to IS 4984- 2016 including transportation to any where in TG but excluding GST and specials etc., complete. (Supply upto 90 Imm dia in coil & above 90 mm dia stright length in 6M) |OD 63 mm (6 Kg/sqm) SDR 21

Laying and jointing of HDPE pipes in ready made trench by butt fusion welding as per IS:7634 – part-II/1975 as amended from time to time to the alignment and gradient and testing the pipeline to the required pressure.

Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work.
