Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of electro-mechanical machinery by way of providing, fitting of submersible pumpset having Discharge of 1500 GPH and total Dynamic Head of 80 Meter of reputed make (Kirloskar/KSB/CRI/Grundfos) conforming to relevant IS Code (working voltage range 400±15% V, 03 phase). The job includes carriage of material to the site of work and lowering of submersible pump set in to the bore hole by way of coupling of flanged G.I. Riser Pipes of 50 mm dia with fixtures such as nuts, bolts & washers and making of electrical connections with starter panel.Job also includes providing and fitting of new Sluice Valve and Reflux Valve 50 mm dia or as per site requirement one No. each of reputed make confirming to BIS on delivery line of the Column pipe and fitting by fabrication and fitting of flanges, rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, etc Fabrication of well cap, tie rod along with bend, elbow for delivery of water. Providing, fitting and installation of AVR of capacity 10 KVA and three phase controller unit cum auto starter of suitable capacity capable of protection of current related faults and voltage related faults in sheet enclosure type of reputed make including fabrication of steel enclosure outdoor electrical cabinets with canopy for motor starter. Providing and laying of submersible cable of 4 sq mm copper cable as per site requirement (approx 60 mtr) for Making all electrical connections of Submersible Pump set with control panel by proper thimbling and crimpling all cable ends and then testing and checking for specified amperage on full load and also providing power supply to controller unit from voltage stabilizer and voltage stabilizer to Main switch of reputed make and conforming to IS standards. Each work on the above-mentioned job shall be of high workmanship and properly thimbled, taped where required as per site requirements. Making electrical connections with the starter panel, service line and submersible pump set after properly thimbling and testing and commissioning thereof. The job includes providing and fitting of 2-Ton capacity chain pulley block with tripod stand of suitable carrying strength as per site requirement and also includes loading, unloading, shifting of material by Mechanical transport, labour charges. Providing/fitting of G.I Pipe of 50 mm dia (Medium B-class) as column pipes 3 mtr each of suitable dia. as per available discharge as well as Providing and laying of G.I pipe of 50 mm dia (Medium B-class) (approx length 150 mtr.) as per site requirement from bore hole to water storage tank. Then providing and fabrication of M.S. Flanges and welding the same on both sides of M.S. Pipes in proper alignment. Complete job including cost of G.I. Pipe, G.I Flanges with other attachments and other miscellaneous items and cost of carriage /transportation of material from workshop to the site of work. Including labour charges. (complete job).
