M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806-1957 & IS: 1161- 1958 cnnected to oneanother with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size,fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1956 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. i) For trusses spanning up to 12.00 m

Supplying, Fitting & Fixing single skin color coated trapixoidal profile for wall cladding, roof shall be made of 0.45 BMT ( Base metal thickness) ( 0.50 TCT Total coated thickness excluding paint), G550 (min 550 yield strength) of Zincalume metallic coating (IS15965) with high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) value for better calling as per thermotech technology, 10001015 mm effective cover width with five major corrugation, 28 mm huge rib spaced at 203mm c/c with subtlesquare fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti- capillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 mocron Zinc coated or 25 micron zinc-tin alloy coated, hex head self drilling screw as per IS 2566-2002 Class 3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with zincaluminium alloy Zincalume (AZ15) ie. 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si) minimum of coating total on both sides, pre-painted with colorbond XRW (exterior roofing, walling) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyster paint (SDP) With stable inorganic pigment withno lead contents conforming IS15965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand making of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming genuity of the meterial.

(a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand paper etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white) (b) STEEL SURFACE

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works. (upto roof of ground floor) (When the height of a particular floor is more than 4 m. the equivalent floor ht. shall be taken as 4 m. and extra for works beyond the initial 4 m. ht. shall be allowed under 12(e) for every 4 m. or part thereof.) Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, pecials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials.
