a) Brushing and vaccum cleaning the surgface to make free from any loose material, oil, grease, burr, dirt , dust etc.
b) Repairing the surface if required, as per recommendationof manufactuer or his approved applicator to make it water tight for whichnothing extra shall be paid.
c) Providing and applying by spray or brush,two component solvent free resin/ epoxy primer mixed in proportion by volume/weight as recommended by manufacturer over cement concrete surface in dry condition, having consumption varies from 0.20 to 0.40 kg/sqm depending in the porosity and undulations of the surface.
d) Providing and sprinkling washed coarse sand, as recommended by manufacturer over freshly laid primed tacky surface @ 0.25 to 0.40 kg/sqm as directed by Engineer -in-charge.
e) Over primed sandy surface, providing and spray applying two component hybri polyurea polyurethane coating system which shall be solvent free, mixed in proportion by volume / by weight as recommended by the manufacturer having elongation > 400%, Shore A hardness > 75 (after 28 days), tensile strength of minimum of 10 MPa as per DIN/ASTM and Tear strength of minimum 30N/mn as per DIN 53515 or minimum 45 N/mm as per ASTM D624 and 20 second maximum gel time/reaction time with minimum 1.5 mm dry film thickness of two coats.
f) A layer of non woven polypropylene geotextile of minimum mass/ unit area of 120 gsm with an overlap of 50 mm shall be laid over the polyurea / polyurethane coating surface, having minimum tensile strength not less 2.40 KN/m as per ASTM D 4595.
g)Providing and laying screed of cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 Coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate20mm nominal size )of minimum thickness 50 mm at khurra with slope of 1:100 towards khurra to ridge of roof(Screed shall be paid for separately).
h)Provding and laying Dimple drain board with inbuilt geo textile drainage membrane on top having Dimple height of 20-25 mm , average number of dimple 400 per Sqm,compressive strength not less than 180 kN/m2 and geotextile drainage member having mass of 120 gsm laid with minimum overlap of 50mm.

d)Providing and sprinkling sand, as recommended by manufacturer over freshly laid primed tacky surface @ 0.25 to 0.40 kg/sqm as directed by Engineer -in-charge.
e) Over sandy surface, providing and spray applying two component hybrid polyurea polyurethane coating system solvent free, mixed in proportion by volume / by weight as recommended by the manufacturer having elongation > 400%, Shore A hardness > 75 (after 28 days), tensile strength of minimum of 10 MPa as per DIN/ASTM and Tear strength of minimum 30N/mn as per DIN 53515 or minimum 45 N/mm as per ASTM D624 and 20 second maximum gel time/reaction time.

| 1.09 | Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with floor location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical localtion in load application areas that accommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it's components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self- centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. Metal Gutter Waterproofing with TPO Membrane. a) Surface preparation - Griding the surface, removing all protrusion, Cracks repair by Smart Care SBR Latex and filling of tierod holes with Non-shrink General purpose grout, b) TPO Membrane: Providing and Installing SmartCare reinforced TPO Membrane or its equivalent a Single PLY -FR a high performance, heat weldable, thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) sheet, in thickness of 1.5 mm, designed for waterproofing and heat shielding roofs of new and existing buildings. The membrane shall have elongation at break >15% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength 1100 N/5cm as per EN 12311-2,Puncture resistance of 400 N as per DIN 16726-5.12, Resistance to fire - E-Class as per EN 13501-1, Resistance to impact - 10 mm as per EN 12691, Tear resistance - >300 N as per EN 12310-2 the membrane shall have a laps of min 50mm with double welded sim which shall be heat welded using automatic double sim portable welding equipment, the membrane shall be terminated at min height of 300mm above FFL in the vertical areas using termination bar and mechanical fasteners and hand held welding machine, PU Sealant complete as per manufacturer specifications and product data sheets. c) Termination of membrane with metal strip up to external side of Parapet wall / metal surface 50 - 75 mm Down with Hybrid Sealant. Note : 1. The Waterproofing Applicator shall provide Warranty for period of 10 years against water tightness against natural de- bonding of membrane and workmanship quality. Applicator will be liable only for rectifying any defect in the treated works and will not cover any other damages. 2. Entire builtup system will be of single waterproofing products manufacturer.
Grading roof for water proofing treatment with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.
