S&F in replacement long rail shall be 1st class hardwood well seasoned “SAL” free from crack and dead knots, shape & size, all as per existing /specified in the drg, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Chair dining (Seat) M&L for removing old unserviceable plastic seat and supplying and fixing new plastic seat by means of adequate steel screw including M&L for french polish and Normal repair of existing Chair Dining like grinding of outer surface, hamering of nail, fill of micro crack with favicol and wooden putty complete all as specified is to be done at Furniture yard as shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Removing old unserviceable upholstery material of seat & back of chair writing like FRC sheet,Hussein cloth and tapestry cloth,plywood and S&F the same with pvc lipping all round in new as per specification shown in drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge including Repair, denting and repainting of frame of chair writing steel of cantilever type conduit pipe with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray machine painting make Asian/Berger after cleaning surface for smooth painting, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Removing of old unserviceable existing arms and S&F new approved arms rest of black integral skin polyurethaneand reinforced with MS insert with nut as shown on drawing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP (FD-220)

M&L 12mm thick plywood commercial type BWR grade size 1950mmx900mmx12mm thick (in one piece only) as top of GI charpoy with mild steel screw bolt (machine made) of size 75mm long, 6mm thick with hexagonal or square head at one end and screw the other with washer and hexagonal square, including removal of old unserviceable Plytop confirming to IS 303:1989, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable elbow GI three way and S&F new elbow GI three way suitable for GI pipe medium grade 32mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

S&F in replacement check nut 6mm thick suitable for 32mm bore to GI pipe charpoy, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable broken long rail and S&F new long rail of GI pipe medium grade 32mm size bore duly ISI marked including threading at both ends, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L dismantling of existing short rail and cutting of old long rail obtain from srl No 30.04 to be required size for short rail including re-threading at both end, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable broken leg and cutting of old short rail obtain from srl No 30.05 to be required size of leg including re-threading at one end and fixing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge
