Execution of rock fall protection & slope stabilization works in cuttings between Bari Sadri & Chhoti Sadri stations, in connection with Bari Sadri-Nimach new BG line project in Ajmer division of North Western Railway.

(a)The tenderer must have successfully completed/ substantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: (i)Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. (b) (i) In case of composite works (e.g. works involving more than one distinct component, such as Civil Engineering works, S&T works, Electrical works, OHE works etc. and in the case of major bridges - substructure, superstructure etc.), tenderer must have successfully completed/substantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, or Two similar works , each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, or One similar work, each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. Note: Separate completed works of minimum required values for each component can also be considered for fulfilment of technical eligibility criteria. (b) (ii) In such cases, what constitutes a component in a composite work shall be clearly pre-defined with estimated tender cost of it, as part of the tender documents without any ambiguity. Any work or set of works shall be considered to be a separate component, only when cost of the component is more than Rs. 2 crore each. The tenderer shall submit the completion certificate as per proforma given in annexure-IV-A or IV-B or IV-C as applicable or in the format containing all information as required as per the Annex. IV-A or IV-B or IV-C. Note :- Criteria for the completed work/Substantially completed has been given in the General instructions in the tender document.

Definition of Similar work- Any completed/ substantially completed work in which following defined minimum quantities of critically essential items of rockfall protection & slope stabilization of railway formation have been executed: 1. Providing and fixing minimum 7000 Sqm of hexagonal grid/mesh of high strength steel wire with class A zinc alloy coat and dia 2.7 mm, longitudinally weaved with steel cable grade 1770 Mpa, having a dia of 8 mm (specification as per IRC SR 23) meeting the following minimum requirement: Longitudinal tensile strength: 170 KN/m, puncture resistance:140 KN with maximum displacement of 450mm. 2. Providing and fixing minimum 7000 Sqm of Reinforced Geo- composite made of Polypropylene Polymer extruded on to a steel wire grid/mesh. 3. Supply and installation of minimum 14000 RM of Self Drilling Anchors (32mm dia., yield load>230kN) with attached sacrificial drill bit. 4. Providing and fixing minimum 3000 RM of continuously threaded bars of 32 mm dia., yield load more than 400 kN, nut, with washer plates, couplers for connecting bars, with suitable corrosion protection coating and full-length grouting with admixture. 5. In case a completed/ substantially completed work fulfils above requirement and is considered similar in nature for fulfillment of technical credentials, the overall cost of substantially completed work including the PVC amount (if paid), shall be considered.

In case of any discrepancy noticed at any stage i.e. evaluation of tenders, execution of work or final payment of the contract, the master copy available with the railway Administration shall be final and binding upon me/us.

I/We also understand that my/our offer will be evaluated based on the documents/credentials submitted along with the offer and same shall be binding upon me/us.

I/We declare that the information and documents submitted along with the tender by me/us are correct and I/we are fully responsible for the correctness of the information and documents, submitted by us.

I/we certify that I/we the tenderer(s) is/are not blacklisted or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry / Department of Govt. of India from participation in tender on the date of submission of bids, either in individual capacity or as a HUF/ member of the partnership firm/LLP/JV/Society/Trust.

I/we understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be forged/false at any time during process for evaluation of tenders, it shall lead to forfeiture of the Bid Security and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year. Further, I/we and all my/our constituents understand that my/our offer shall be summarily rejected.

I/we also understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be false/forged at any time after the award of the contract, it will lead to termination of the contract, along with forfeiture of Bid Security/Security Deposit and Performance guarantee and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year.

Mandatory in case Bid security amount is prescribed in STD Para 5.1.2 - The Bid Security shall be deposited in cash through e- payment gateway or submitted as Bank Guarantee bond from a scheduled commercial bank of India or as mentioned in tender documents. The Bank Guarantee bond shall be as per Annexure- XXXII and shall be valid for a period of 90days beyond the bid validity period.

In case the tenderer is (i)Any firm recognized by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) as 'Startups' - shall be exempted from payment of Bid security deposit and shall submit certified copy of the registration/ Valid document issued by DIPP (mandatory if applicable)

In case the tenderer is (iii) Labour Cooperative Societies - shall deposit only 50% of the Earnest Money Deposit and shall submit certified copy of the registration/ Valid document issued by the relevant Ministry/ Labour commission (mandatory if applicable).

The initial e-Reverse Auction ( e-RA) period as mentioned in the Clause no. 26.1 (b), Annexure C, Para 2 of the "GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS" of Tender Document will be as per railway board guidelines or as approved by Tender accepting authority .
