Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing of white vitreous china wash basin with pedestal with CP brass waste assembly, CP cast brass bottle trap with extension piece (Jaquar Cat No. 769B + Parko1535 or approved equivalent), 450mm long CP copper connections pipes (Jaquar Cat No. 803B or Parko 1535 or approved equivalent), wall flanges and rubber adapters for waste connection complete including CI/MS brackets duly painted, nuts, washers, cutting and making good the walls floors wherever required as per direction of Engineer-Incharge.
