Drilling of overburden by rock roller/ drag/ button bit to accommodate casing pipe including sample collection, preparation and submission of litholog
Supply and installation of ERW casing pipe of 175 mm (7") Nominal Bore conforming to Table 3 of latest version of IS: 4270-2001 as given below
Drilling by DTH method using appropriate sizes of button bits so as to reach targetted depth with diameter of hole not less than 165 mm at 100 m depth and final diameter not less than 152 mm at hole bottom including sample collection and preperation of litholog
Electrical Logging using 406 mm and 1626 mm (16" and 64") SP resistivity probe and preperation of coposite log
Caliper Logging, submission of logging graph, report
Pumping Test incuding prepumping, SDT, APT and collection of 4 nos. water samples)
Preliminary yield test collection of 2 nos. water samples
Slug test and subission of report with data
Collection of water samples following standard procedure in good quality 1 litre HDPE bottle (two number from EW during drilling (one number from aquifer 1 and one number from aquifer two, three number during puping test (two from EW and one from OW)
Chemical analysis of water samples for 15 parameters pH, EC, TH, TDS, Ca, Mg, Na, K, CO3, HCO3, SO4, NO3, Cl, F, & Fe, in NABL accredited labs
Construction of cement concrete platform 0.70 x 0.70 x 0.60 m ( 0.30 m above ground level) using concrete mix of 1:2:4 around the housing pipe welded mnimu 6 nos. anchoring plate as per drawing
Supply and fitting of well cap as per drawing. A MS Plate 5mm thick should be welded on outer surface of casing pipe (0.5 mtrs. above ground level) with permanent marking by welding method as "CGWB EW" FOR Exploratory Wells & "CGWB OW" for Observation Wells.
Supply and installation of protection box made of GI sheet of 3.15mm thickness along with Brass lock (7 lever hardened) and three keys for each lock as per drawing
Supply and installation of display board as per drawing
Preparation and submission of basic data report includes EW and OW along data sheets, analysis sheet, logging graphs, etc. for each site. The BDR also should include photograph/ videos of activities i.e. drilling, assembly lowering, gravel packing, pumping test, protection box with display board, etc.
