Construction of Granular Sub Base (GSB) by providing coarse graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per cl.401 (with an initial lead of 5 Km.) (ii) for Grading-II Material

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening Type-B/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density ( with an initial lead of 5.0 km. ) B) Grading-II material

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation (Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.)

Stone masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 for substructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. Random Rubble Masonry

Sand Filling in foundation trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4),15mm thick on brick work in structure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Supplying,fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specification (b) IS:1786 (Fe-500 D) Secondary Producer (ISI approved)

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in sub structure complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification and steel suttering frame work. RCC Grade M-20, Height upto 5 m , Using Concrete Mixture
