MTPS I M II OAHS Stage I Ash Slurry Lines Replacement of existing 1800 Mtr length of M S ERW pipelines with the administratively approved

Charges for dismantling the existing heavily worn-out 350 NB M.S. ERW ash slurry ID pipe lines from AHPH-I location upto B6 location.

Charges for Erection of new 350 NB MS ERW pipes in ash slurry line ID from AHPH I upto B6 location with suitable sleeve joints, welding of cleats for placing clamps and fixing with suitable supports and other related works as directed by the Engineer- in– charge.

Charges for fabrication of new spool piece and erection and line joining work, etc (from outside the Pump houses I & II to B6 location) (Only Fabrication work).

Charges for fabrication of 350 NB MS ERW bend required as per site condition. (350 NB MS ERW pipes will be supplied by TNPGCL at free of cost).

Charges for dismantling the existing heavily worn-out MS bend and erection of newly fabricated M.S bend.

Charges for fabrication of suitable 'Y' bend /tee with flange and erection (350 NB MS ERW pipes will be supplied by TNPGCL at free of cost).

Charges for supply of MS 350 NB flange with PCD : 475 mm, Outer Diameter (OD): 538 mm, Inner Diameter(ID) : 356 mm, No.of Holes : 12 Nos,Thickness : 16 mm, Diameter of Hole : 22 mm.

Charges for supply of M 20 mm x 100 mm Full thread portion MS Bolt & Nut with 02 Nos of 3 mm thick plate washer suitable for 350 NB MS flange.

Charges for flange welding in 350 NB M.S ERW pipes as required at site conditions.

Charges for fabrication and erection of necessary pipe support frames for anchoring of bends for supporting structure from AHPH-I to B1 bend.

Charges for loading and unloading of 350 NB New MS ERW pipes/punctured /worn out pipes in trailer truck from central stores/MTPS-1 to work site and work site to central stores/MTPS-1. (Including scrap pipe devolution).

Hire charges for mobile tractor diesel welding generator. The welding supply and lighting supply is not available from XY Bend to discharge point at Upper ash dyke.

Hire Charges for higher capacity crane such as lengthy boom for lifting, leading and lowering the ash slurry pipe lines from UV column to Upper Ash dyke area for trouble free maintenance works.

Hire charges for trailer(12 wheels) body length of 10 meter for transporting of worn out/punctured M.S pipes sizes 10 to 11.5 mtr from Lower and Upper ash dyke area with lead of 2 to 4.5 Km from central stores to work site and work site to central stores.

Charges for removal of accumulated ash over and under the ash slurry pipelines for erection of ASL ID ash slurry pipe streams and stacking on one side of the stream upto maximum depth of 1 M below the pipe lines.(X,Y-Bend to B4-Bend).

Charges for loading of removed and piled/ stacked ash over and under the ash slurry pipelines for ASL ID using earth moving equipments.

Charges for transportation of the loaded stacked and piled ash from work site area and unloading the same at LAD/UAD as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply of cutting gas Sl.No. 2,3,4,5 & 6.

Supply of MS welding electrode Sl.No. 2,3,4,6 & 9.

Hire Charges for T & P and charges for consumables, Sl.No.1 to 6, 11 & 16.
