M&L for green marble work 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing, using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:4), set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type in single piece) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:4), set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified.

M&L for 300mmx300mmx10mm thick non skid polka dots endura floor paver tiles with grey cement and pigment, over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:4), set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Ready mix plaster 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing surfaces, trowelled to even and fair finish without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2 mm thick wall care putty on wall for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers for receiving painting complete all as specified and as directed . Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

M&L for preparing of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification, over a coat of interior wall primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new platered or unplastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed
