Item No.2: Providing internal cement plaster 12mm thick in a single coat,in cement mortar 1:4 without neeru finish to concrete or brick suface in all positions including racking out joints, scaffolding and curing complete.

Item No.3 : Providing neeru finish to plaster surface in all position including scaffolding and curing complete.

Item No.4 : Providing internal Cement Plaster 20mm thick in a single coat, in cement mortar 1:4 without neeru finish to concrete or brick suface in all positions including racking out joints, scaffolding and curing complete.

Item No.5 : Providing and applying two coats of Water Proof Cement Paint of approved manufacturer and of approved colour to the plasterd surfaces including scaffolding if necessary , cleaning and prparing the surface, watering for two days etc.complete.

Item No.6 : Providing and applying Washable Powder Distemper of approved colour, shade to old and new surfaces in two coats to including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces etc.complete.

Item No.7 : Providing and laying Cement Concrete Flooring 40 mm thick with M-15 cement concrete laid to proper level and slope in alternate bays including compaction filling joints, marking lines to give the appearance of tiles of 30 cm x 30 cm or other size laid diagonally / square etc finishing smooth (with extra cement in any cour as directed and curing etc. complete with natural sand etc.

Item No.8.- Providing structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees, etc. as per detailed designs andf drawings including fixing in position without connecting plates, braces etc, and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting of approved quality and shade etc. complete.

Item No. 9 Providing and fixing plain zinc of 0.80 mm thk (22BWG) over thr ridge hip or valley to G.I. sheet roofing etc. complete.

Subwork No 2 Solar Puming Machinery Item No.1 :Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 3.00HP capacity AC/DC solar water pump (SPV pump), comprising of min. 7.5 KWp capacity multi crystalline SPV modules mounted on GI Structure with necessary hardware with controller, suitable size HDPE delivery water pipe line up to 60 mtr length inside or above water tank/borewell with necessary control valves and necessary power supply cable of appropriate size complete with 5 years on site performancewarrantee.
