Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface/metal structure i.e. metal pipe etc. as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supply and drawing 3 x1.5 sqmm size of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the suitable size GI Flexible conduit pipe on MS Pipe/Structre surface etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 4 way (4 + 12), Double door on surface mounting, vertical type, 415 volts, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 100 amps tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's (but without MCB's and incomer ) including provide suitable MS support ,welding works and necessary arrangement on existing MS Pipe/Structre surface to hold the DB etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating,10 KA, 240 volts, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 63 amps,TPN,10 KA, 415 volts, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in medium class Steel conduit & fixing on existing MS Pipe/Structre surface etc complete as required.

Supply of 1 X 80 Watt LED Bay light outdoor type ceiling mounted round type light fixtures with die cast PDC aluminium housing ,cool day white light,With direct modular IP lens, potted driver, 10KV SPD ,IP 66 and with minimum system efficacy of 120 lm/w, with giving a complete full glow including all accessories as per specification etc complete as required.

Installation,testing and commissioning of 1x80 Watt LED light fittings with all accessories on existing MS Pipe/Structre with suitable support,clamping & required arrangement i/c welding works and connections with 1.5 sq.mm 'PVC FRLS insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. complete as required as mentioned in item no.12

Supply of 40 Watt LED well glass, ceiling mounted round type light fixtures with powder coated Aluminium pressure die cast housing ,cool day white light, etc with suitable LED driver including all accessories as per specification etc, with efficacy of 120 lm/w, complete as required. (Make Halonix, Model: HLWG-01-40-CW-R-CR or Equivalent).

Installation,testing and commissioning of 40 Watt LED light fittings with all accessories on existing MS Pipe/Structre with suitable support,clamping & required arrangement i/c welding works and connections with 1.5 sq.mm 'PVC FRLS insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. complete as required as mentioned in item no.14.

Supply of wall mounted Air Circulator Wall fan of size 450mm Sweep,Minimum Air Delivery 150CMM,1440 RPM, suitable for operation on 230 V, 50Hz, A/C supply as required. Model:Turbo Force,Make:Havells or equivalent.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Air Circulator Wall fan on existing MS Pipe/Structre and provide the suitable MS support to fix & hold the fan with necessary arrangement & welding works and wiring with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. complete as requited as mentioned in item no.15.

Laying of 50mm outer dia. HDPE pipe in the existing trench/masonary open duct including coupling, splicing,jointing of pipe etc complete as required.

Excavation & refilling for trench in soft soil depth upto 1.2 M including dressing of sides and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 dia G.I. Pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.
