E/M SCHEDULE

Supply, installation, testing & commisioning of silent diesel engine generating water cooled diesel engine of suitable capacity for generator 250 KVA, 1500 RPM with 24 volt self starter arrangement G3 class of governor 'TA', nature of aspiration T.C having dry type Air filter diesel engine coupled with alternator 250 KVA 415 volt 3 phase, 4 wire, 0.8 Power factor, 50 hz, 6 cylinder, with both Engine & Alternator mounted on common base complete with fuel tank, residential silencer, AVM pads, suitable battery with leads with initial fill of engine oil & microprocessor based genset controller, complete including AMF Panel of capacity 250 KVA, Canopy should be CPCB-IV+ norms with db<75. (a) Diesel Engine : Diesel engine model, Six cylinders, liquid cooled, turbocharged with after cooler, developing 310hp @ 1500 RPM, is inline, electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke, designed to run contrinously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 standard will comply with present CPCB-IV+ norms. (i) Dry type air cleaner (ii) Exhaust silencer suitable for canopy (iii) Expansion bellow (iv) Lube oil cooler (v) Lube oil filter (vi) Fuel filters (vii) Radiator with pusher type fan and mounting (viii) In-line mono block fuel injection pump (ix) Electronic governer (x) Fly wheel with starter ring and bell housing suiable for close coupling. (xi) 24 Volt electric starter motor. (xii) Battery charging alternator (xiii) Microprocessor based KG645 contoller mounted on the controller panel. (xiv) Protection system for Low lube oil pressure & High water temparature.

(b) Alternator :250 KVA Alternator, suitable for continous operation rated at 1500 RPM 415 V, 0.8 PF, 50 Hz, 3 phase in SPDP enclosure, self-excited & self-regulated, Brush less, floor mounted with Ball or Bearings on end shields. The alternator conforms to IS : 4722, BS EN 60034-1 and will be suitable of tropical condition.

(c) Base frame : Suitable to couple above engine & alternator made from steel sheet metal

(d) Fuel tank : 600 litres capacity with inlet & outlet arrangement, air vent 7 drain plug arrangement.

(e) Batteries : 150Ah, 12 Volts x 2 battery with one set of connecting leads of 35 sqmm size copper cable

(f) Acoustic enclosure construction : (i) The enclsoure is modular in construction. (ii) Specially designed residential silencer kept inside canopy (upto 250 KVA). (iii) Aesthetically designed internally bolted (upto 250 KVA) canopy for enhanced product life. (iv) Base frame is made of sheet metal. (v) Durable industrial locking system is provided on doors. (vi) Doors are gasket with high quality EDPN material. (vii) Ease of access and serviceability.

(g) Corrosion resistance : (i) All sheet metal parts/components are hot dipped in ine tanks process, pretreated and passivated. (ii) Sheet metal components are painted with P.P base paint. (iii) Base frame is epoxy coated. (iv) Zinc passivated hardware is used to avoid rusting.

(h) Acoustic insulation : (i) Sound proofing of the enclosure done with quality foam confirming to IS : 8183. (ii) Insulation confirms to UL94 - HF1 class for flammability. (iii) Acoustic form shall be fire retarded and fire resistant. (iv) Attenuates are provided to control sound at entry and exit to and from the container. (v) Specially designed residential silencer is provided.

(j) Ventilation and Air circulation : Exhaust pipe is thoroughly isolated by covering it with glass wool and furthr cladded in enclosure.

(k) Electrical : Neutral earth connecting points at termination block/neutral bus at control panel & body earthing points at altrnator leg and acoustic enclosure base frame.

(l) Sound level : The Gensets being offered comply to a sound level of < 75 dbA (12 point average) at a distance of 1 metr in free field conditions conforming to CPCB IV+ norms.

Supply and lay in trenches/drawn through pipes or in road crossings/ paths/drains/ ducts/ floors/ along poles/ equipments etc., of LT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 of cross sectional area 3.5 core x 240 Sq mm including connecting up using suitable size aluminium lugs testing and commissioning etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and lay GI tube light grade 80mm bore, ISI marked with all fittings, complete, fixed to walls, pole ceiling or laid in trenches/ floor for cable protection at road crossing / on poles etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work where required shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) GI fittings such as bends, elbows, Clamps for fixing on wall, etc are included in the unit rate.

Material and labour for straight through joints (epoxy) suitable for 3.5 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured LT underground cable with aluminium conductors including joint kits for making joints complete all as specified and as directed for 240 Sqmm sizes of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of under ground cables, pipes/pipe lines, etc. and the like not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 Metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay / spread in trenches clean dry fine river sand for cushioning of cable to the full width of excavated trench, 8cm thick before laying cable and 15cm thick above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness only will be considered or payment.

Supply and lay kiln burnt Bricks, old size, sub class "B" of size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm, laid flat adjacent to each other, perpendicular to cable with width equal to length in trenches for protection of cable etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/ coping of poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed concrete surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix, test and commissioning of Wall mounting fan 450mm sweep 230 V, 50Hz, with 3 blades, adjustable upward and downward tilt mechanism, 60° oscillation, 1850 RPM, air delivery 100 m³/h, Thermal overload protection device etc., with mounting accessories kit, prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix, test and commissioning of surface and wall mounted LED batten 20 Watts, 4 Feet in extruded aluminium housing with integrated electronic driver complete with all fixing arrangement suitable for operating voltage 100 to 270 Volts, prewired with all accessories, complete all as per Cat No.LUMILINESMART20WLED865PCWH of Havells or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes fixed on surfaces of wall or ceiling and connecting of flexible copper conductor cable twin core of suitable size from ceiling rose to fitting drawn through and including flexible conduit, fixed with suitable mounting clamps etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix modular switch 1 way 6A, 1 module complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for modular white cover plate with frame 3 module type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for modular metal flush box 3 module type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with two runs of 1.5sqmm (for Phase and Neutral) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded, copper conductor FRLSH cable of 1100V grade conforming to IS -694 drawn through and including new PVC casing capping of suitable size with accessories fixed on surfaces of wall/ ceiling/roof etc, including provision for modular flush box and provn of 1.5sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable of green colour for earth continuity and connecting to common earth dolly etc., complete all as specified and as directed for:- Note : (a) The wiring shall be done in proper color coding using red, yellow, blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth. (b) Modular metal flush boxes, Modular cover plate with frame shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for submain wiring/Wiring for Circuit complete with two runs of 1.50 Sqmm single core, multistranded, FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor, drawn through and including new PVC casing and caping of suitable size with accessories fixed on surfaces of wall / floor and fixed on ceiling/roof etc, with one run of 1.50 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Three runs of 1.50 Sqmm multistranded cable and one run of PVC casing and caping shall be considered as one unit length.

Note: Three runs of 4.00 Sqmm multistranded cable and one run of PVC casing and caping shall be considered as one unit length.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing MCB Single Pole and Neutral (MCB SPN), 32Amps, 240 volts of rupturing capacity 10kA, C curve type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing MCB Single Pole (MCB SP), 6 to 32Amps, 240 volts of rupturing capacity 10kA, C curve type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing factory made, MCB distribution board, (MCB DB), double door, SPN, 8 way, 240 Volts, having degree of protection IP 43, flush type made out of 1.2mm thick CRCA sheet metal, Phosphatised, duly powder coated and conforming to IS 8623 with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar with neutral link, earth bar and din rail etc., complete concealed and fixed flush to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces including, disconnecting electric connections, dismantling from position unserviceable DBs complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MCBs will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and Fix High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches of 50mm bore for cable protection passing under Road/Floor or for fixing to poles all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix juction box of size 250 x 200X105mm (LXWXH) for bollard light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 8W new generation energy saving envirmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed aluminium (non-corrosive) landsacape IP 65 luminaire for diffused lighting with high power LED Bollard as light sources all as per Cat No.BAMBOOBLS8W LED830PSYMTOPC of Havells or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes complete all as specified and as directed.

B/R SCHEDULE

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes ) each n.exc 0.50 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layers not exceeding 25cm, water and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete in fencing post complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, fabricate and erection / fixing of Steel work in tubular trusses, Purline, rafter, post etc., including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix mild steel screws bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut , length of bolts exc 22.5cm but n.exc 30 cm long and diameter of shank 16 to 20 mm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repairs Multi rib TM profile Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, cut as per site requirement, fixed with self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal etc., complete all as specified by manufacturer specification and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, cut as per site requirement, fixed with self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal etc., complete all as specified by manufacturer specification and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 4 mm thick ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) board with suitable size grade HB-1, 0.50 mm skin coated with PVDF available in different patterns such as solid, metallic, high gloss, matt finish, wooden finish etc secured over aluminium section minimum size 25x50 mm grid fixed on wall/Curved wall with rivets and filling 5-8 mm gap with silicon or epoxy based grouting as per the colour matching requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Door closer [Aluminium (die cast body)] hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 18mm thick and 600 density Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) prelaminated sheets water proof, termite proof, borer proof and corrosion free with melamine finish decorative shade as approved by GE on both sides of board as in Cabinet unit and over head unit (Modular type) and fixed all as per manufacturers instruction including all fittings and fixtures such as soft closing hinges, lock, knobs etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Any damages caused to the existing structure shall be made good without any extra cost . (ii)The rate quoted by the tenderer shall be inclusive of the above provisions.
