Schedule 'A' -Part I (B/R Works)

Taking down/out loose and damaged concrete cement plaster from soffits of ceilings, floor/roof slabs, vertical surfaces of columns, beams etc including exposing and removing rust from the reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 100 m and depositing where directed

M & L for gunniting exposed concrete surfaces of beam, column and slabs with one layer of conplast spray set modified concrete in proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 75 kg zonal sand 75 kg and complast 2% by weight of cement water 1 to the following locations :-

(a) 40 mm thick in columns

(b) 30 mm thick in beams

S&F Hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia not exceeding 4 Kg/sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bonding the entire exposed surface with one coat of fosroc Nitop bond SBR or equivalent as approved by GE over where fabric and surfaces of concrete structure all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix PVC 1/2 rounded gutters of 23 cm / 25 cm with union sockets to joints set in approved jointing compound and including bracket/ stack clamp (50x5mm) with suitable space all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated galvalume steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including naintal or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sq.m. each with shutters without taking off shutters from the frames and moving off site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 sq.m and not exceeding 4 sqm each with shutters without taking off shutters from the frames and moving off site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium window/ventilators shutter including frame, any type sliding or openable with frame, & other similar work etc. fabricated by using the JINDAL/HINDAL CO standard section including necessary arrangements to receive 4mm thick glass or wire mesh with aluminium channel beading & stainless steel screws including the cost of rubber gasket/rubber beading etc. complete including necessary handles, roller wheels, hinges etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Weight of aluminium section shall be measured exclusive of all fittings fixtures, hinges, handle, bolts, rubber gasket/rubber beading and locking arrangements.

S&F Powder coated aluminium grill of design DG-104 pattern, made out of 10 mm dia rod fixed with and including stranded aluminium frame of 'F' section of size 23.4x15.3x1.4 mm thick all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for forming jambs etc to openings including cuttings toothings and bondings into old work including facing and pointing to match existing work complete in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed

S&F Solid PVC double door frame of size 50mm x 95mm made out of 5mm prelam PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. tube all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made solid PVC moulded door designer shutter 30 mm thick comprising of 25 mm thick solid particle board core in centre core, with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on both face all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repairs 12 mm thick particle board, medium density, flat pressed, single layer type or three layer type with BWR type adhesive, fixed with screws to timber frame work in cup board shutters, partitions, shelves and similar work all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/dado etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured vitrified heavy duty paving, chequered finish, cement concrete endura industrial tiles 12 to 15 mm thick (square /rectangular) textured series area of each tile exceeding 0.07 sq m not exceeding 0.18 sq m as in floors, treads and risers of steps fixed with grey cement and pigment laid over complete all as per manufacturer instructions and of design as directed

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 for laying floor finished to receive floor tiles all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x7 mm/ 450 x 300 x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 to receive topping layer such as tiling etc all as specified and as directed

M & L for roughenining surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white/coloured cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite store including cutting, moulding and polishing etc complete but over 10 mm thick rendering over cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre - cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate block masonry with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in cement mortar 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note :- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic anti-fugal weather proof exterior grade paint of first quality over a coat of primer all as specified in manufacturers instruction all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of painted walls and applying two coat of acrylic anti-fugal weather proof exterior grade paint of first quality including sealing the cracks all as specified in manufacturers instruction all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on concrete solid block wall internal surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting, preparatory to distempering all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing, including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle, thickness of lath 1.25mm all as specified and as directed.

S&F Ball bearing for rolling shutters all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Schedule 'A' -Part II (E/M Works)

Taking down carefully any type of copper/aluminium point wiring ( light ,fan, socket or power) complete including conduits/casing capping with fittings such as switches ,ceiling roses, pendants , regulators, bells, sockets, tube light fittings etc, removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surface of walls & floors etc to match with the original existing finish complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down unserviceable any type of main switch, DB's including MCBs including wooden/GI/MS sheet board etc and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable any type of copper/ aluminium sub main wiring of any type/size/core/ type complete including conduits/casing capping etc, removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors and ceilings etc to match with the original existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down userviceable light of any type all as specified and as directed

Taking down userviceable cable of any type all as specified and as directed

Taking down ceiling fan / exhaust / air circulator fan of any capacity all as specified and as directed

M&L for point wiring FRLS wiring with 1.5 sq mm nominal area PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core multi stranded,copper conductor in and inlcuding PVC casing and capping with all fittings and fixing materials and PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm connecting all as specified and as directed for One light point controlled by one switch one way

M&L for point wiring FRLS wiring with 1.5 sq mm nominal area PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core multi stranded,copper conductor in and inlcuding PVC casing and capping with all fittings and fixing materials and PVC insulated multi stranded copper earth continuity conductor of size 1.5 sq mm connecting all as specified and as directed for following:-

(a) One ceiling / exhaust fan point controlled by one switch one way

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet , 5 amps on the same board with other switches with cables 1.5 sq mm size

S & F Sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4 sq mm alongwith one run of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4 sq mm as earth continuity conductor drawn through PVC casing and capping as required size conforming to IS 9537 (Part-3) including accessories fixed on wall / ceiling including making good of disturbed surfaces all as specified and as directed. Note: Three runs of 4 sq mm and one run of PVC capping and casing shall be measured as unit length.

S&F in repairs XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 3.5 core 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 50 sq mm all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation, PCC cable cover and Clear Sand for cushioning shall be measured and paid separately

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying and removing of cable any size and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying and removing of cable any size and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick in any strata all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm all as specified and as directed.

M & L for street light bracket made out of GI tubing 40 mm dia, light grade bend to shape suitable for below mentioned security light fitting with necessary MS clamps,nuts & bolts etc with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint including nut, bolt, washers etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs integral LED street light luminiare 60W comprising of pressure die cast aluminium housing powder coated in graphite grey and toughned glass and IP 66 protection including all accessories and connecting materials such as and making electrical connection with copper cable all as specified and as directed.
