Supply & spread unwashed dry river sand for sand cushioning for covering the under ground cable in trenches. (Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured.)

M&L for cable protection cover with sub Class`B` bricks old size laid dry, flat perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as directed.

M/L for taking out Unsv U/G cable PVC insulated armoured PVC sheathed Al. Conductor, LT cable of any size.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning LT XLPE insulated armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) & laid in trenches/pipes or fixed on pole of the following sizes:-

M&L for LT cable fault rectification upto 240 sqmm X 3.5/4 core by using Fault locator machine to detect fault and rectify the same incl T&P & items ie lugs,tape etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade for straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessaries suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armourd aluminium conductor cable of following size after detaction of fault location .Make:3 M,Denson or equivalent Note: Earth work and returning filling which require in above job will be measured and paid seperataly.

Complete paint removing from surface of Panel box and M & L for 02 coats of painting with approved colour of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer for size of Panel boxes from all in & out side incl angle iron frame work min 04 Sqm area of sheets including angles canopy and legs etc. Note: Permission to shutdown of electric supply to the panel to be taken from MES before commencement of work.

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate electrode at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and including GI earth strip 32x6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipment etc at the other and earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of earth plate electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x6 mm flat iron clamps bolts, nuts and washers and including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI Pipe electrode complete all as specified and shown in elctrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. the scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil. removal of soil upto 50 metre PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel, CI frame etc complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:(I) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O, using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC(1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. Reinforcement in cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 metre earth lead strip .Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thinkness of 15 cm on all sides.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foudation,fillinf and mass concrete complete

Demolition of old PCC and M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/ coping including necessary formwork, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement.

M&L for disconnection of LT panel incl LT cables of size upto 120Sqmm X 3.5/4core from existing foundation and reconnection with same panel after taking necessary corrective action to lift the panel height incl excavation and taking down existing cable with loop, providing new AL lugs and cable gland of appropriate size,insulation tape etc to restore electric supply incl necessary iron work to modify height of existing LT panel upto 1.2 Mtrs above existing level incl necessary welding work,nuts & bolts and 2 coat of paint with existing color over one coat of primer and required necessary PCC work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: PCC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item.

S&F in replacement new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life varsatile pressure die cast aluminium IP66 road way light fitting with high power LED as light source of capacity 60 watts (Surge protection of the light should be 10 KV )with suitable drivers etc and connecting with 4.0 sqmm aluminium solid conductor PVC insulated twin core weather proof cable etc, fixing to wall / pole with and including bracket made out of GI pipe of 40mm dia light grade not less than 1.5 mtr long, bent to shape, fixed to Pole/Wall in any position with flat iron clamps of size 40 x 6mm complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Crompton / Philips/Bajaj/Havells.

Trimming/prunning and removing of tree branches or any other forein objects from LT /HT over head conductor and clearing the OH Line of any type and size for one span of any length in 2 way /4 way/6 way conductor system. Notes: (i) Insulators of any type, connectors and ACSR conductor of any size required at site will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. (ii) The contractor is responsible for provision of Necessary T & P and safety equipments to complete the job. (iii) Quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of Replacement of Insulators, Joining the ACSR Conductor, Jumpering and stringing the ACSR conductor etc.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type and including bracket of 40mm dia and clamp of 40x 6mm complete and including pipe 40mm light grade of 1.5mtr lenth all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.
