Taking down carefully existing storage type Geyser 25/50 litres capacity for repair complete overhauling including cleaning of geyser assembly inlet outlet pipe etc and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and preparation of outer surface of Geysers 25/50 litres capacity and painting with two coats of white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for opening of geyser 20/50 litres capacity in position for carry out minor repair such as loose connection testing of thermostat, heating element, tightening of screws, PVC connection, bottom assembly pressure release valve, indicator etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Any major item required in measured and replacement shall be paid separately as supply only.

Supply only Stainless steel inner tank of capacity 25 Ltr.

Supply only Stainless steel tank of capacity 50 Ltr.

Supply only Glass wool/ rock wool for thermal insulation.

S&F in repair 15 mm Bib taps , cast copper alloy with crutch of butter fly handle screwed down , screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, fancy type and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting electrical connection and water connection and dismantling/ taking out Geyser of any make and capacity from any place and installation, commissioning and testing to another location including grounting nut and bolts with washers or with fasteners and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), single core, FRLS insulated, PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded cable 1100 volts grade, confirming to IS-694/ISI marked in and including PVC casing caping 25mm, medium grade, ISI marked, with mild steel sunken boxes with earth dolly zink coated and including mounting frame and over cover plate, including PVC insulated stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected FRLS cable 1100 V grade as continuous earth wire to earth dolly for 3 pin switch socket outlet15Amp independent board complete all as specified and as directed including taking out old with switch and sockets.

Repair to solar water heater Descaling of solar collectors with acid (dilute)for solar water heater panel of 200 LPD as recommended by manufacture cleaning and re-assembling complete and soldering for change, complete all as specified and as directed.

Descaling of solar collectors with acid (dilute)for solar water heater panel of 100 LPD as recommended by manufacture cleaning and re-assembling complete and soldering for change, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down water inlet/outlet of solar collectors plate , disconnetion of mounting and dismantlling into parts and cutting inner copper tubes, removing the scaling from the chocked copper tube by drilling and scraping with hard metal rods including washing with acid(dilute) competer for solar panel 3 Nos suitable for 200 LPD having 6 Nos tubes in each panel, brazing with existig pipes after descaling complete including testing for leackage, if any and reassembling the same in the existing mounting as recommended by manufacture cleaning and re-assembling complete and soldering for change, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down water inlet/outlet of solar collectors plate , disconnetion of mounting and dismantlling into parts and cutting inner copper tubes, removing the scaling from the chocked copper tube by drilling and scraping with hard metal rods including washing with acid(dilute) competer for solar panel 1 Nos suitable for 100 LPD having 6 Nos tubes, brazing with existig pipes after descaling complete including testing for leackage, if any and reassembling the same in the existing mounting as recommended by manufacture cleaning and re-assembling complete and soldering for change, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace hose pipe for hot and cold water as per existing

Taking out U/S gate valve and supply and fixing of gate valve 15mm dia ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out U/S gate valve and supply and fixing of gate valve 20mm dia ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace U/S electric back up element 240 volt AC supply 3KW rating ISI marked including thermostate all as per sample, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace U/S electric back up element 240 volt AC supply 5 KW rating ISI marked including thermostate all as per sample, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old rusted GI pipe including supply and fixing GI pipe 20 mm bore ISI marked medium grade complete as specified and as directed.

Repair to leakage for existing solor heater panel of 200 LPG complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & replace following unserviceable item from sheet metal enclosure complete 240 Volts, AC supply.

Taking down carefully existing ceiling fans/wall fans of any make and sizes from ceiling/wall ,cleaning externally, opening for examination and overhauling complete by opening , cleaning of bearing ,stator ,rotor winding , providing new fresh clean proper grade lubricants oil/grease and reassembling after replacement of rubber real, wall fan blade , wall fan bracket ,MS nuts and bolts , split/safety pins and fan connector including replacement of old existing flexible cord connected from ceiling rose to fan through down rod and refixing and rehanging the same in existing position complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rewinding shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M &L for dismantling of worn out/burnt out ceiling fans 1200 mm sweep Fans/Wall fans 200/400 mm and re-winding the ceiling fan with the same size of super enamelled copper wire , varnishing with approved quality insulating varnish complete including replacement of split/safety pins, locking nut, check nut , complete all as specified and as directed.

All all as per serial item No 47 here in before but for Ceiling fans of 1400 mm sweep. Note:- (a) Repairs under serial item No 46 here in before shall be carried out at the site of work. Where as fans for repair under serial item No 47 and 48 shall be issued to contractor and the same shall be returned by him after carrying out necessary repairs duly tested. (b) Rewinding under srl item No 47 & 48 shall be done with winding machine (c) Fans will be given to contractor for rewinding under Gate Pass in Lots of appx 50 Fans and the same shall be returned by contracter in 10 Days time after all repairs and painting.And the panelity for not receipt of repair fan in stipulated time shall be Rs 20 per fan per day. (d) Spare parts like ball bearing, gun metal bush, capacitors and canopy required for repair/overhauling shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule as supply only

Taking down carefully existing exhaust fans / PVC Air Freshner Fans of any make and sizes from wall , cleaning externally, opening for examination and overhauling complete by opening , cleaning of bearing ,stator ,rotor winding , providing new fresh clean proper grade lubricants oil/grease and re assembling after replacement of split/safety pins, MS nuts and bolts , including replacement of old existing flexible cord connected from ceiling rose to fan and , refixing the same in position complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rewinding and spare parts like ball bearing, gun metal bush and capacitors required for repair/overhauling shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M &L for dismantling of worn out/burnt out Exhaust fans/ / PVC Air Freshner Fans 200 mm to 300 mm sweep and re-winding the exhaust fan with the same size of super enamelled copper wire , varnishing with approved quality insulating varnish complete including replacement of split/safety pins, rusted nut, bolt and washer complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L all as per serial item No 59 here in before but for Exhaust fans of size above 300 mm but up to 450 mm sweep, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (a) Repairs under serial item No 58 here in before shall be carried out at the site of work. Where as fans for repair under serial item No 59 and 60 shall be issued to contractor and the same shall be returned by him after carrying out necessary repairs duly tested. (b) Exhaust fans will be given to contractor for rewinding under Gate Pass in Lots of appx 50 Exhaust Fans and the same shall be returned by contracter in 10 Days time after all repairs and painting and the panalty for not receipt of repair fan in stipulated time shall be Rs 20 per fan per day. (c) Spare parts like ball bearing & capacitors etc required for repair/overhauling shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule as supply only

Supply only ball bearing suitable for exhaust fans of size from 200 mm to 300 mm sweep.

Supply only capacitors 4.0 MFD for exhaust fans of size 300 mm to 450 mm sweep.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of Exhaust fan by scraping out old paint with the help of emery paper/ wire brush including filling the cavities and painting with two coats of grey paint for exhaust fans and exhaust fan louver over a coat of red oxide primer with the help of spray machine complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of louvers shutters complete with nuts, bolts and washers suitable for exhaust fans of size 250 mm to 300 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 64 here in before but for exhaust fans above of size 300 mm to 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of worn out nuts and bolts for fixing of Exhaust fans including finishing the disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for PVC insulated and over all PVC sheathed copper conductor wire of size 1.5 Sqmm x 3 core, flexible wire ISI marked, for connection of fan from ceiling rose to fans complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for hanging clamps with provision of hook made out of MS flat of 20mm x 3mm length 15 cm with suitable size nut, bolt and washer complete all as specified and as directed.
