Name of Work: COMBINED STATION WORKS INCLUDING CIVIL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, TELECOM & INSTRUMENTATION WORKS FOR GROUP-2 (SANGANER, JAIPUR, RAMSAR, LASARIYA, BEAWAR, KOT, ABU ROAD), UNDER SERVICE CONVERSION OF EXISTING MUNDRA PANIPAT PIPELINE FROM CRUDE OIL TO PRODUCT SERVICE PROJECT.

Tender No.: PLCC/Old MPPL Conversion/M/25085 NOTES: a) The bidder has to download the SOR excel file along with tender documents and subsequent Addendum/Corrigendum/Clarifications, if any, issued at a later stage. b) Bidder to note that there are ‘White’ cells in the SOR excel file, which should not be modified by the bidder. c) The Bidders shall quote “Excess(+)/ At Par/ Less(-)” percentage in the BOQ . Evaluation will be carried out on the basis of rate quoted in BOQ. d) The Bidder shall quote in percentage (limited to a maximum of 2 decimal places) “Excess(+)/ At Par/ Less(-)” on the rates indicated in the Schedule of Rates annexed to the "Part-II: Price Bid" of tender documents. In case rates are quoted to more than 2 decimal places then, the amount quoted towards the tender shall be worked out for the rates quoted to first 2 decimal points without rounding off. The “Percentage” quoted by the Bidder shall be applicable uniformly to all the rates of the items indicated in Schedule of Rates. e) Only "Bidder Name", " Excess(+)/ At Par/ Less(-)" , "Percentage" & are to be filled by the bidder in the designated "Sky Blue Cells". Bidders to note that Estimated Item rates specified in column F of the BoQ1 is excluding GST and rate of GST has been selected as 18% in the BoQ1. In case, if Bidder wants to modify the GST Rates, the same can be done by selecting GST rates from dropdown menu of Cell No. AY13 (highlighted in sky blue cell) of the BoQ1. Please note that the selected GST rate shall be applicable for entire items of BOQ1. f) "Excess (+)" or “At Par” or "Less (-) can be selected from the dropdown menu by clicking on the cell. The landed cost inclusive of GST (As selected by bidder in the cell no. AY13 shall be arrived at cell no. BA1037 after factoring in the "Excess (+)" or “At Par” or "Less (-) selected by the bidder. g) Bidders are advised strictly not to alter or change the BOQ format/ contents. Bidders are also advised not to paste any image file or put any additional conditions in the BOQ worksheet. h) Goods & Services tax(GST) shall be paid as quoted/selected by bidder in BoQ1/Annexure-8, upon submission of Goods & services tax invoice. i) Do not insert any additional sheet and any condition in BOQ sheet. Please do not temper the BOQ sheet. j) The scope of work under the subject tender is of indivisible nature and shall be awarded to a single agency only.
