S&F in replacement LED street light luminaire of 60 watt in epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing of standard size, BIS marked electronic driver of approved brand only in housing having protection against over voltage, short circuit and open circuit and surge protection against lightening IP-66, protection for LED and control gear compartments with high power LED chips suitable for voltage band 120 volts to 270 volt, power factor 0.95 (minimum) having efficacy 100 lumens/watt. Brand name should be embossed on fixture to ensure Indian brand only complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 01 but Street Light fitting of 90 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED flood light fitting of 120 watt in epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with, BIS marked electronic driver duly enclosed of approved brand only in housing having protection against over voltage, short circuit and open circuit and surge protection against lightening of 5 KV minimum with IP-66, protection for LED and control gear compartments with high power LED chips suitable for voltage band 120 volts to 270 volt, power factor 0.95 (minimum) having efficacy 100 lumens/watt complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.03 but Flood Light fitting of 150 Watt complete all as specified and directed. Note for Srl No. 1 to 4 :- (i) All LED fittings shall have supporting LM-79 & LM-80 test certificate from govt approved NABL accredited Lab showing all the parameters duly signed by the local office bearer of manufacturer. (ii) All LED fittings shall have 2 years written Warranty from local office bearer of manufacturer.

M&L of GI pipe medium grade 40mm dia 1.2 mtr long bend to shape as required and fixing with two Nos MS clamp of size 40x6mm for fixing of street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 1100 volt grade heavy duty single core cable PVC insulated PVC sheathed with stranded copper conductor wire FRLS of size 2 x 1.5 Sqmm and 1 x 1.5 sqmm for connection purpose, ISI marked drawing through 20mm dia PVC pipe / conduit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded alumimium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded alumimium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded alumimium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. .

Excavating in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundation for pipes, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cables etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fine sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. (i) Thickness of 18 cms after punning shall be considered for payment.

Material and labour for old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable, adjacent/ abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 but using ol bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of driver suitable for any type of street light and flood light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Surge protection device suitable for any type of street light and flood light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement SMC pole junction box of size 300x200x105,dust proof, water tight weight acid resistence, corrosion proof insulated and shock proof fire retardant self extingushing, halogen & silica free non-Toxic material,UV resistance (UI subject 94:V2) with internally embedded gasket size of test certificate and verification by glow wire test in accordance with IEC60695-2-11 cat no-K8250 with 6 Amps MCB SP neutral link with three phase copper busbar 63 amps TPN connector for connection of cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed

M & L in replacement TPN MCB,4 pole 240 Volts, 50 Hz, having rupturing capacity 10 KA, of rating 40 to 63 Amps complete all as specified & directed.

M & L in replacement MCB TPN , 240 Volts, 50 Hz, having rupturing capacity 16 KA, of rating 16 to 32 Amps complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc. with slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work and fair finishing the exposed surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting of LT Steel tubular pole with junction box,clamp and bracket any type of size externally above foundation with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after scraping/cleaning well the existing surface incl painting of bottom with black white or yellow color strip 30cm each upto 1.5 mtr high from top of PCC foundation block and numbring of pole with synthetic enamel paint white in 80mm high letter over 150mmx230mm yellow base complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement galvanised pipe light grade of ISI marked 50 mm bore for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/lay under floor complete with and including fittings as required compete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6mm connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth strip connected to test point and protected by galvanized iron light grade 50mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded stone aggregate and RCC cover in 1:2:4 and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1.5m away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position.

Supply & fix in replacement single pointed air termination aluminium rod, 12 mm dia, 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fix in replacement aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15mm complete with saddle and fixing screws for fitting the strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for conductors and down conductors,above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement red DMC insulator SP type compete all as specified and directed.
