Taking out carefully G.C.I. or C.I. or asbestos sheets (including ridges etc.) form roof or wall after unscrewing bolts, nuts, screws etc. and stacking the marerial at site as directed. (Payment to be made on measurement of portion of roof or wall removed.).

(A) Wood work in posts, post plates, rafters, battens, truss members, purlins etc. fitted and fixed complete (excluding the cost of bolts,paints but including the cost of nails, screw etc.) (The quantum should be corrected up to three decimals).

(ii) Sal :Local.

Laying 150 mm. to 200 mm. boulder soling including rough dressing hand packing and ramming down small pieces in the interstics without rolling but including ramming.

Cost of stone boulder 150 mm size delivered ans stacked at site.

Ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttring and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

(b) River bazree.

Galvanized corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugaion minimum side lap. ( payment to be made on area of finished work). (GCI sheet to be supplied by contractor). .

(i) in Roof:-.

(a) with 0.60 mm.thick sheet.

Galvanized corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugaion minimum side lap. ( payment to be made on area of finished work). (GCI sheet to be supplied by contractor). .

(ii) in wall.

(a) with 0.60 mm.thick sheet.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. up to any height and in any floor including removing rubbish with in a lead of 75 m as directed. .

Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface].

(ii) With 1:4 cement mortar .

(b) 15 mm. thick plaster.

(b) Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic enamel oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand parpering etc. in cluding using of approved putty etc. on the surface , if necessary.

(a) On timber or plastered surface: .

(1) With super gloss (hi-gloss).

(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white).

White washing including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly :All floors:.

(b) Two coats (to be done on specific instruction.).

Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same throughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturer's specification. In ground floor.

(iii) Two coats.

Galvanised iron sheet ridging fitted with necessary bolt, screws, washers etc complete. (225 mm end lapping).

(A) 300mm laping each way.

(a) with 0.60 mm.thick sheet.

Galvanized iron sheet eaves gutter fitted and fixed with necessary 50 mm X 6 mm.M.S.flat bar clamps bent to design, bolts. Nuts, washers etc. complete. Eaves gutter made of 0.63 mm. sheets.(300mm End lapping).

(a) 225 mm. wide gutter.
