Letter,symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be welded to SS frame of size 40x40x4 mm of garde 316. (vii) MISC : Tool kit, operation and maintenance catalogue, spare part list overhauling manuals guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer tandard pratices and two year servicing og DG set is carried out by contractor including material complete all as specified and ditected. for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation of Gen Set.

MEDICAL GAS SUPPLY SYSTEM WORKS Supply, Instllation testing and commissiong of Copper Piping with complete fittings/fixture as per technical specification and BS : 13348 and as mentioned Below :- (a) Installation of piping should be carried out as per approved medical standards with utmost cleanliness. (b) Only pipes, fittings and valves which have been degreased as per approved medical standards should be used. (c) Pipe fixing clamps for upto 42mm diameter. (d) Pipes should be non ferrous suitable for the diameter of the pipe and wherever required rigid metallic hanging or cemented supports to be used complete all as specified and directed. (i) 28 mm OD x 0.9 mm thick

The flow tube & shroud components shall be made of clear, impact resistant polycarbonate.The flow tube shall have large and expanded 0-5 Ipm range for improved readability at low flows with Inlet filter of stainless steel wire mesh to prevent entry of foreign particles. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of front insertion type Oxygen Outlet with SS probe with other connected accessories, complete all specified and directed. Make LMPL/BSI/SSS

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Intergated / Combined alarm- valve box as per DIN EN ISO 7396-1 of HTM 02-01. The alarm panel shall be enclosed in a steel decorative fram powder coated duly powder coated and shall be designed to accept an electrical input range of 120-240 Volts AC -50-60 hertz. The source voltage shall be stepped down with a self-contained transformer. The panel shall contain audible and visual alarm indicators and should be combined with area alarm for low space consumption. It should provide a zone isolation facility for use either in an emergency of for maintenance purpose. The Area Valve Service Unit should incorporate a ball valve either side mounted in a lockable box with emergency access. Area alarm pannels :- (a) 3 Gas Service ( for Oxygen, compressed Air & Vacumm) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of MEDICAL LINE VALVE or ISOLATING VALVE as per HTM - 2022/02-01/DIN/ISO/BS EN 1057 or ball valves as per BS 1057, rated at 400 psig, as well as full vacuum (28.9"Hg) Valves go from full ON to full OFF by turning the vinyl-gripped valve handle 90degree Locking-type handles may be ordered separately when required. Copper tubing is factory installed to help prevent valve seat damage during soldering. main and riser valves are not required to be installed in a box unless specially noted or required. Supply, installation testing and commissiong of Ward suction unit or Ward Vacuum Unit with above 1000 ml suction collection jar - 1 Nos as per specification mentioned below:- (a) The vacuum regulator should have a vacuum gauge with analong display. The scale should be in mbar or mmhg as required by the end user. (b) 01 no of Suction Regulator and 1no of 1000 ml polysulfone/polycarbonate collection jar. (c) Suction regulator should be supplied with a safety jar, including and antibacterial filter and antibacterial filter and an anti-overflow safety device and should have wide membrane continuous suction controller. (d) Should have vacuum levels : 0-760 mm of Hg and should have vacuum gauge fitted with a protective bumper device. (e) Should have on/off knob allowing for the quick restoration of a readjusted cacuum level. (f) Must have central adjustment knob with a color coded for 0 to 760 mm of HG. should have polysulfone/polycarbonate 1700cc safety jar, autoclavable at 121° C at 5 mins, undreakable, fitted with an anti-overflow safety device and equipped with a plastic antibacterial filter and should be totally transparent, to ensure perfect sucked liquid visibility. Make : LMPL/ANEER complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Regulator valve with NRV to pevent backflow of oxygen gas reated 400 psig of size 42 mm dia of gases from pipeline complete all as specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Make : LMPL Note for item No 23.00 to 23.13, (a) The Contractor shall submit MOU with authorised Medical Service engineer/registered Bio medical engineer service experienced in the relevant field not less than 5 year immediately before placing work order. (b) The Contractor shall prepare & submit general arrangement drawings of entire MGPS duly vetted by any Govt hospital Authy of Military Hospital before commencement of work. (c) The Contractor shall provide comprehensive on-site warranty (Including All spares, Accessories and Labour) for a period of 1 year from the date of final acceptance of the complete system after successful and complete installation and commissioning with regular updation of newer technology as and when evolved. MAKE-LMPL/CLASSIC complete all as specified and director.

Supply, Testing Commissioning of 2x3 Oxygen Manifold System with Tail Pipes, Manifolds and tested with hydraulic pressure testing complete all as sepcified and directed.
