Disconnecting Electric connections from LT Control pannel and starter of submerssible pump set of any size 5HP to 20 HP and removing the pipe line connections from discharge side and taking out submerssible pump set along with, column pipe from bore well with the help of chain pully block for repair / development of borewell and lowering of same pump in bore well after repair including replacement of rusted nuts bolts, rubber gasket complete all as specifeid and as directed.

Labour for opening the submerssible pump set, repairing, rewinding and assembling the pump set including insulating material of any size 5HP to 20 HP capacity complete all as specified and as directed. make KSB, BS and Great India. ( Copper winding wire and other spare parts required for repairing will be measured under relevant item as supply only)

Supply only copper winding wire of existing gauge for submerssible pump sets of capacity 5 to 20 HP`

M & L Painting of submerssible pump set with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M&L 20 mm thick rendering on concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces including taking down complete all specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 of ceiling finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement including three coat of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L for repair to steel rolling shutter including repair/replacement of locking arrangement, spring , greasing, one coat of synthetic enamel paint with existing colour complete all as specified and as directed

M&L in repalcement of Sign Board of size 600x450mm made out of 2 mm thick Stainless Steel and including marking of outer border in numerical and figure height 100 mm upto 20 Nos as per approved pattern complete all as specified and as directed

An amount of Rs 93630.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
