Disconnecting defective out door/indoor transformers of any capacity upto 200 to 400 KVA from HT/LT sides taking down transformer oil completely, storing oil in suitable container (to be provided by the Contractor), lifting the top cover and core assembly carefully and checking the conditions, refilling the tranformer oil complete after necessary repairs like rewinding with copper wire, LT bushing, HT bushing, breather assy, temperatute gauge, tap changer and fixing the top cover and painting to transformer, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : In case of major repairs/replacement in transformer, which can not be undertaken at site, the transformer shall be shifted to civil workshop and the rates for which are deemed to be included in unit rate of this item. After complete repair, test report will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only HV bushing of transformer with brass metal connecting rod, nut, bolt and washer, suitable for transformer 400 KVA, 11 KV as per existing sample.

All as per Srl item No 2 above, but transformer of capacity 200 KVA.

Supply only LV bushing of transformer with brass metal connecting rod, nut, bolt and washer, suitable for transformer 400 KVA, 11 KV as per existing sample.

All as per Srl item No 4 above, but transformer of capacity 200 KVA.

Supply only porcelain bushing for 11 KV 200/400 KVA Transformers, HT side indoor/outdoor transformers with rubberised cork sheet washers 4mm thick, all as required on site, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only top cover rubberised cork sheet washers 4mm thick for 200/400 KVA transformer, all as required on site.

Material and labour for filtration / dehyderation of transofrmer oil including checking di-electric strength of oil before and after filtration for transformers located in various locations with suitable portable machine having filtration, heating and pumping facility to improve the dielectric strength insulation value of Transformer oil. Note : (i) Di-electric strength of oil after filtration / dehyderation shall not be less than 60 KV/min. (ii) The contractor shall take shut down orders in writing from Engr-in-Charge before commencement of the work. (iii) The contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil. (iv) The di-electric strength of oil shall be tested before & after filtration and test results shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fill up transformer oil as in topping up/ refilling of transformer having dielectric strength not less than 65 KV at 2.5 mm gap conforming to IS incl. testing, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Powercoil/Electrol/Savitha/Tashol/Servo. Note :- (i) The transformer oil shall be EHV type conforming to IS - 335/1983. (ii) Mineral oil grade shall be used. (iii) The IR value of transformer oil shall not be less than 65 KV/min. (iv) The unit rate shall be deemed to include the cost of filtration to achieve desired di-electric strength before filling.
