M & L for for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint complete all as per manufactures instructions and complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Asaian/Apex/Berger (Weather coat all guard) NOTES :- The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor before and during execution of work (i) All painting works shall be got executed through original materials manufacturing company or their authorised applicators as approved by GE and contractor should submitt MOU with the manufacturing company or their authorised applicators before execution of work and entire work shall be executed with the approved firm. (ii) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove and clean all the droplets /stain of paint left on the floor, glasses and joinery. (iii) Aurthorised applicator shall be of Make" Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac and all materials shall also be of similar make as approved by GE.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of wall surfaces of wall and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over and including 1mm thick wall care putty (JK/BIRLA) complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Asaian/Apex/Berger (Weather coat all guard) NOTES :- The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor before and during execution of work (i) All painting works shall be got executed through original materials manufacturing company or their authorised applicators as approved by GE and contractor should submitt MOU with the manufacturing company or their authorised applicators before execution of work and entire work shall be executed with the approved firm. (ii) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove and clean all the droplets /stain of paint left on the floor, glasses and joinery. (iv) Aurthorised applicator shall be of Make" Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac and all materials shall also be of similar make as approved by GE.

Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) of any type complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, holders , sockets, light fittings, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/floor at various site etc, complete all as specified and directed by GE.

Disconnecting of unserviceable sub main wiring of any size including conduit of any type and accessories & removing from site and making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by GE.

Disconnecting electric connections and taking down old unserviceable MCB DBs of any type including MCBs SPN/SP/TPN of any capacity, complete all as specified and directed by GE.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlet boxes, light fittings and fixtures such as tube light fittings, bulk head fittings, mirror light, bldg sec light etc for re use at site or carrying to the store ( To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for re use.) complete all as specified and directed by GE.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm.
