Supply, install, test and commission of HT 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz, indoor type, totally enclosed metal clad switchgear complete with Vacuum Circuit Breaker with Three Modules ( 1- Incomer, 2- Out Going) with independent breaking mechanism, with motorized charging facility having rupturing capacity 250 MVA, overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter and of rating upto 800 Amp complete including taking down of old OCB/ACB/VCB of any capacity and size and depositing to stores all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply install, test and commissioning LT Feeder Pillar board (CPRI Approved) cubical type Indoor Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1 1993 factory fabricated made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming MCCB and TPN Copper bus bars of rating not less 1.5 times the rated cap of incomer MCCB and outgoing feeder. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50 mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar . Material and labour for cutting into the existing road/hard standing surfaces to a depth of 60cm and 50cm wide and getting out for laying under ground cable including returning filling in, watering, well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil and filling the top surface 15cm thick with PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and finished even and fair without using extra cement including disposal of surplus soil all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply install test, commission & testing of Electrochlorination Plant capable to produce 1Kg of chlorine in 8Hrs in the form of hypo chlorite solution of strength 7-8gpl with and including the folowing acessories etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

Supply, install, testing of MCCB TP 40 Amps, 25 KA, 440 Volt, including factory fabricated made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate MCCB. The MCCB shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Design, supply, installation, commissioning and testing including all civil, electrical mechanical works as per OEM specifications for packaged sewage treatment plant based on Hybrid of Aerobic and Anaerobic or based on Aerobic process of capacity 30,000 litres per day consisting of fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) tank made by chop hoop winding process from suitbale polyester resinb and glass fiber with hollow ribbing of polymetric material of 90mm thickness encased on the outside of the tank with suitbale polyster resin and fibre glass to make tank suitbale for underground application up to an over burden of 2.25 metres in soil having diamneter of 2.43 mtr with ususal process variation and having a length of 11.061 mtr with ususal process variation. The tank to have Zones-first Zone to work as anaerobic septic zone created with suitable partition of FRP with advanced polymeric media with a surface area 190 Sqm/Cum suitably encased in a polymeric net to allow free movement of he media within fixed space created by the net, the third zone to work as sedimentation zone in the remainder area of the tank Aerobic zone have Twin Lobe Air blower installed for providing air flow of minimum 1251 ltr/min by coarse aeration in the zone for speedy reductioin of BOD.

Sedimentation zone have submiersible pump of the size of 1hp for pumping the activated sludge back to the anaerobic zone by way of PVC pipes of 50mm dia on a regular basis. The whole plant to be controlled by automatic control panel made from sheet molded compound of size 900 x 400 x 1000mm consisting of other accessories such as PVC pipe fittings, 4 Nos FRP strap of 8000 mm length, 4 Nos turn buckle, 8 mtr wire rope, 4 Nos of conrete RCC block having dimention of 5530 x 300 x 300mm, 4 Nos manhole cover of 550mm size, 8 Nos eye bolt and 8 Nos of wire lock, of make Syntex/ION Exchange / Micro vision / Enzotech (solutions)/ Hydrotech Paryavaran (India) Pvt Ltd. Supply and fix gunmetal hand controlled chromium plated branch pipe 63mmdia with 20mm Nozzle size with male insert provsion and incorporated with arrangments for Jet stream, spray and shut off etc. all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix rubber hose of size 20mm and length 30 Meter of type - 2 WP 10 Kgf/Cm2 for first aid hose reel drum, the hose reel shall be properly rolled and connected with inlet and delivery lines all as per IS 444/1987 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix RJ 11 Telephone outlet 4 wire shuttered with and including inner sheet/frame with plate for single module and metal box of size 78 x 78 x 50mm single module complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Cat Part No of Telephone socket is HwAM002, cat part of inner sheet / frame with plate HWAI002 and cat part No of metal box is HWAX002 of Indoasian or equivalent make like Legrand or Anchore etc.

Supply and fix compact flyorescent lamp fitting witrh holder of capacity of 13W DF 3U 6500K with all accessories fixed on walls, on round block of size 80mm dia and 40mm depth open recessed type (2 Nos) and connecting up complete with 23/0.0076 (or equivalent size in mm) flexible three core twisted copper cable all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply install, test and commissioning LT Feeder distribution Panel (CPRI Approved) cubical type Indoor Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1 1993 factory fabricated made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming MCCB and TPN Copper bus bars of rating not less 1.5 times the rated cap of incomer MCCB and outgoing feeder.
