SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (SECTION-'A') (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND WATER SUPPLY)

Lump sum price worked out by the Contractor for “External Electrification and Water Supply Works” as listed in Schedule ‘A’ Part -II (Section-'A') Above / Below the lump sum price inserted by the MES against this Schedule under Col 6.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (SECTION-'B') (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND WATER SUPPLY)

Supply installation and testing non clog vertical submersible sewage pumps set with cast iron impeller, motor body cast iron , pump housing cast iron for type of installation stationery suitable for handle domestic sewage water (having PH Value 7 and solid particle 35 mm) having descharge capacity of 906 LPM at 16 Metre head , suitable for delivery pipe 80 mm bore dia including submersible cable upto 40 Metre and lifting chain all as directed. Model No 5500CW of KIRLOSKAR or Equivalent. (Note :- Delivery pipe shall be measured and paid separatly)

Supply, laying, jointing and testing GI pipe Heavy class of 80 mm bore dia (ISI marked) with flanged ends alongwith rubber gasket, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, installation and testing of Flow Meter for measuring the discharge of sewage water in Cum per Hour along with digital display flow tube material SS Lining PTFE Temp range 20-150 degree celsius Make : Siemens / Federal FM-15 or any ISI Marked

Cutting of existing CI rising main size upto 150 mm bore dia for fixing / insertion of new CI Tee / CI pipe line / fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing LT panel board , CPRI approved make , indoor type, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, epoxy coated alongwith door hinges, clip hooks, mounting plates 2 mm thick at iron board of suitable size , including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including Auto Level Control Switch , grouted in PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agreegates) complete including M & L for the following accessories : - (a) MCCB 63 16 KA 4 POLE - 01 Nos (b) LED Indicator R,Y,B - 03 Nos (c) MCB TP 25 AMP-02 Nos (d) CONTACTOR MNX18. (e) O/L Relay MN2(9-15 AMP). (f) Indicator Red (g) Push Button (h) Auto level Control with sensors (i) Internal wiring, thimbles etc.

Supply and fixing stainless steel grade (SS-304) pipe varying from 20 mm to 40 mm dia for air grid with all fittings, fixtures flanged joints and V-notch for provision of air grid laid in floors or fixed to walls, ceiling etc including necessary welding joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.
