Source Development, installation, testing and commissioning of high yield deep tube wells including boring/ drilling in all type of soils, pebbles, gravels, rocks with appropriate rigs and appropriate bit type and size, and collecting sample of soil at every 3.0 m depth or wherever there is a change of strata in sample boxes with the distinguishing marks including arranging and carriage of necessary boring materials / tools / bentonite etc., reboring, Lowering / sinking of well assembly by installing 200 mm Dia of approximate depth 150.0 m. with UPVC pipe and strainer with 6 mm. thick MS Well Assembly including providing all necessary casing pipe, slotted strainer, pea gravels for well packing, bentonite clay etc.; providing all labour, machinery & equipment; developing of the well for minimum 100 hours etc., all complete as directed and specified. (DTW to be installed at remote locations from the treatment plant site)

Site Development around the building of Deep Tube well site with approved soil obtained from out side by truck carriage including breaking clods, dressing etc. complete including paying necessary forest roielty, sales tex, land compensation, municipal gate fees, ife any monopoly duty etc.and construction of 1.8 m. high (above GL) brick Security Wall with RCC framed structure with MS gate having locking arrangement, wall finished with weather coat cement paint & gate finished with non glossy synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red lead primer, all complete, as directed and specified for a plot size of 3.0 m. x 3.0 m. (DTW to be installed at remote locations from the treatment plant site)

(approximate size of the plot of land for ESR site at Barpara :270Sq.m.)

Site development approximate size of the plot of land 3078Sq.m. as per layout plan at WTP of 5.7 MLD at South Zone of Bagheswari Hill for construction of Treatement Plant. Construction Brick Security Wall with gate of 1.8 m. high (above GL) with RCC framed structure with MS gate having locking arrangement, wall finished with weather coat cement paint & gate finished with non glossy synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red lead primer), all complete, as directed and specified along with construction of One single storied Guard Room of minimum 15.21 Sq.m plinth area as per APWD Specification and Drawing. The cost shall include civil works, foundation, site preparation, Super-roof and Parapet, external finish, internal electrification, all complete as per Employer's Requirements

Construction of RCC Raw water Pump house with minimum 3.0M X2.5M size with 4 nos 250 mm x 250 mm column size( reinforcement 4 nos - 16 mm dia and 2 nos-12 mm dia and 3.00 meter height from plinth level and foundation level , 750mm plinth level with requirement reinforcement in all complete at Deep Tube well site minimum 1.00 meter hieight avoid to submerged water and all complete as directed and specified.

Construction of two storied Staff Accommodation at WTP of 5.7 MLD at South Zone of Bagheswari Hill Treatment Plant site total plinth area of 114.75 Sq.m. The cost shall include civil works, foundation, site preparation, Super-roof and Parapet, external finish, sanitary installation, internal water supply works, internal electrification and all other associated works, all complete as per Drawing and Employer's Requirements.

Development of Approach Road (with Hume pipe culvert) conforming to specification and norms of APWD / MoST to the Treatment Plant with cement concrete pavement from the nearby existing public road (formation width at Top 4.0 m, paved width - 3.0 m.) including preparation & compaction of sub grade, providing 500 mm. thick granular sub base to WBM specification , Brick Works at side bream etc. including payment of all taxes & duties, forest royalty, octroi, all complete, as directed and specified. (approximate length of the road : 540.0 m)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of submersible type Raw Water Pumping machinery giving discharge of 17.00 lps against total maximum head of 35.0M conforming to IS 8034 and motor conforming to IS 9283, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply, with cable guard, thrust carbon/fiber bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer, discharge out let as per manufacturer's design, control panel, submersible copper conductor cable in single / double run upto Panel and 2 pairs of suitable size erection clamp 10 mm thick shall be provided with each pump. Mild Steel black column Pipe of Heavy duty conforming to IS-1239-Part-I (2004) standards including internal food grade epoxy coating and external enamel painting, all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning Treated Water Pumping machinery in the clear water pump room of treatment plant including all necessary electrical and other installation works: 2 nos. (1 working + 1 standby ) horizontal split casing type electrically operated centrifugal pump set application-Motor driven pump, Liquid-Clear water, No of stage-1, Casing-CI, Impeller-Bronze, Shaft-Stainless steel, Shaft sleeve-Stainless steel) with matching drive motor (INDUCTION motor IE3 Squirrel Cage TEFC Motors, RPM 1500, Voltage-415V±10%, frequency 50Hz ±5%, Continuous rating (SI Duty IP-55 enclosure with class 'F' insulation suitable for ambient temperature 50°C (temperature rise limited to class 'B') and altitude of up to 100m above MSL) with variable frequency drive where required, all of reputed make and conforming to BIS specification & other regulatory norms, giving a required discharge against total maximum head including providing all necessary suction & delivery piping arrangements with control valves & specials viz. foot valve, sluice valve, non return valve etc., electrical switch gear along with required capacity Capacitor bank panel and connection cable of required sizes, & required GI piping etc., anti vibratory mountings for the pump set, including payment of all taxes and duties as applicable, furnishing manufacturer's test certificate & characteristic performance curve of the pump set, all complete as per Employer's Requirements and specified.

10.2) Pump Discharge of 98.96 lps against a total maximum head of 35.0m for 5.9 M LD WTP at South Zone at Bagheswari Hill

Supply, erection,, testing, and commissioning of internal and external electrification of pump house at the Deep Tube well site including panel board for Raw water Pump, Cabel etc as all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of all Electrical works for WTP of 6.9 LMD for North Zone of Bongaigaon water Supply Scheme including electrical motor, electric cables, MCC panel, earthing, Cable trench, Cable tray, Gland and lugs, internal lighting & exhaust system , external lighting etc and all other associated works as per Employer's Requirements.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of all Electrical works for WTP of 5.7 MLD at South Zone of Bonngaigaon water Supply Scheme including electrical motor, electric cables, MCC panel, earthing, Cable trench, Cable tray, Gland and lugs, internal lighting & exhaust system , external lighting etc and all other associated works as per Employer's Requirements.

Providing electrical power connection to DTW site including drawal of electrical power line from the nearby APDCL Grid, providing electrical control panel & metering unit etc. and including obtaining necessary approval & load sanction from APDCL and payment of supervision & other charges to APDCL, if any, all complete, as specified & directed. (for the to DTW to be installed at remote locations from the treatment plant site). Approximate power requirement: 63KVA for each site.

Providing electrical power connection to 6.9 MLD treatment Plant of North Zone site of Bongaigaon WSS including drawl of electrical power line from the nearby APDCL Grid, Supply of Transformer, providing electrical control panel & metering unit etc. and including obtaining necessary approval & load sanction from APDCL and payment of supervision & other charges to APDCL, if any, all complete, as specified & directed. Approximate power requirement : 250 KVA

Providing electrical power connection to 5.7 MLD treatment Plant of South Zone site at Bagheswari Hill including drawal of electrical power line from the nearby APDCL Grid, Supply of Transformer, providing electrical control panel & metering unit etc. and including obtaining necessary approval & load sanction from APDCL and payment of supervision & other charges to APDCL, if any, all complete, as specified & directed. Approximate power requirement : 250 KVA

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of following diameter Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Class-K7 pipe with Socket & Spigot ends conforming to IS 8329: 2000 of standard working lengths 5.50 meter or 6.00 meter with inside cement mortar lining of 3 mm nominal thickness and outside Blue Epoxy coating suitable against longitudinal bending and differential settlement, relatively smooth walls, chemically inert with respect to soil and water Raw Water Conveying Main (as per all relevant BIS specification) from Deep Tube Well to Sprinkler type Aerator at Treatment Plant including all necessary earthwork, Sluice valves, Air Valve, Non- return Valve & specials, valve chamber, supporting structures, anchor / thrust block etc., restoration of road hard crust / side bam (repairing charges payable to PWD / local bodies, if any), including obtaining permission for laying of pipe line along / across any Govt. / Semi Govt./ Private property, and including payment of all Taxes & duties as applicable under rule, all complete, as directed and specified

(ii) From DTW-II to Treatment plant of North Zone at Kishan Bazar of150 mm dia.

(iv) From DTW-IV to Treatment plant of South Zone at Bagheswari Hill of 200 mm dia.

Water Treatment Plant of capacity 6.90 MLD at North Zone at Kishan Bazar of Bongaigaon Town

Construction of balance part of one number of Sedimentation tank cum spray aerator of 540 sqrm plinth area of sedimentation tank and 64 sqrm plinth area of spray aerator above the sedimentation tank as per APWD(b) SOR Specification of Water Treatment Plant of capacity 6.90 MLD at North Zone at Kishan Bazar of Bongaigaon Town. The cost include civil works, and all other associated works, all complete as per Drawing and Employer's Requirements. Item of works as per Annexure-I.

Construction of balance part of one number of 'Flush mixer of 2.0M dia as per APWD(b) SOR Specification of Water Treatment Plant of capacity 6.90 MLD at North Zone at Kishan Bazar of Bongaigaon Town. The cost include civil works, and all other associated works and all complete as per Drawing and Employer's Requirements. Item of works as per Annexure-II.

Construction of balance part of one number of Chemical House of 72 sqrm plinth area as per APWD(b) SOR Specification of Water Treatment Plant of capacity 6.90 MLD at North Zone at Kishan Bazar of Bongaigaon Town. The cost include civil works, Super-roof and Parapet, external finish, sanitary installation, internal water supply works, and all other associated works, all complete as per Drawing and Employer's Requirements. Construction of One number of Underground Reservoir cum Clear Water Pump House of 125 sqrm plinth area of underground Reservoir and 80 sqrm plinth area of Clear Water Pump House above the Underground Reservoir as per APWD Specification of Water Treatment Plant of capacity 6.90 MLD at North Zone at Kishan Bazar of Bongaigaon Town. The cost shall include civil works, foundation, site preparation, Super-roof and Parapet, external finish, sanitary installation, internal water supply works, and all other associated works, all complete as per Drawing and Employer's Requirements.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of all Mechanical works of Water Treatment Plant of capacity 6.90 MLD at North Zone at Kishan Bazar of Bongaigaon Town including spray aerator system, back-wash system pipe, air blowers pipe and motors, filter media as per requirement, all internal connection & by-pass piping system including Valves and other appurtenances of dia as required with pipes and specials such as bend, tee, reducer / enlarger, end plug, socket, spigot, etc. all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Construction of one number of Tray Aerator of size 4.00MX4.0M as per APWD(b) SOR Specification of Water Treatment Plant of capacity 5.7 MLD of South Zone at Bagheswari Hill of Bongaigaon Town. The cost include civil works, and all other associated works, all complete as per Drawing and Employer's Requirements.

Construction of one number of 'Flush mixer of 1.50M dia as per APWD(b) SOR Specification of Water Treatment Plant of capacity 5.7 MLD of South Zone at Bagheswari Hill of Bongaigaon Town. The cost include civil works, and all other associated works and all complete as per Drawing and Employer's Requirements.

Construction of one number of High Rate Floccu-Clarifier Unit of 13.20M outer Diameter and 12.00M inner diameter with two diametrically opposite Jet inlets in flocculate of 564.10cum capacity tank as per APWD(b) SOR Specification of Water Treatment Plant of capacity 5.7 MLD of South Zone at Bagheswari Hill of Bongaigaon Town. The cost include civil works, mechanical works including pipe and Valves and other appurtenances of dia as required with pipes and specials and all other associated works, all complete as per Drawing and Employer's Requirements.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of all Mechanical works of Water Treatment Plant of capacity 5.7 MLD of South Zone at Bagheswari Hill of Bongaigaon Town including Aerator, Flash Mixer, Jet Floccu Clarifier, Filter House, Pump House ,back-wash system pipe, air blowers pipe and motors, finler media as per requirement, all internal connection & by-pass piping system including Valves and other appurtenances of dia as required with pipes and specials such as bend, tee, reducer / enlarger, end plug, socket, spigot, etc. all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Construction, testing and Commissioning of Over head service reservoirs of Circular shape, RCC framed staging and capacities of 1750 Cum. capacity at Barpara (net storage excluding the dead storage) with 18.0 m. high RCC staging with suitable RCC Foundation for south Zone of 5.7 MLD WTP including all necessary inlet/ outlet/ overflow/ draining etc. piping arrangement with control valves, M.S. ladder with guard ring for ascending to the inspection canopy and then to the Roof of the reservoir, Air Vent pipes, Manhole with frame & cover at roof, float operated inlet valve, calibrated water level indicator, lightening arrestor with earthing system, Solar Power operated Aviation Warning Lamp with auto switch ON/OFF devices, providing CC topping on bottom dome & conical dome inside the reservoir & CC Skirting on inner faces of reservoir wall, providing cement mortar plaster to all other exposed surfaces of the structure and painting of the RCC structure with weather resistant cement paint over priming coat & anti corrosive paint over a coat of lead primer to M.S. work, etc., all complete (as per all relevant BIS or ISO specification), as directed and specified.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning , hydro-testing, of distribution pipe network of DI S/S ended (K 7) and PN 1.0 rating IS marked pipe of following dia, as per IS-8329-2000 including DI Specials and fittings of class K12, with plain, double socket, Socketed and flanged DI specials conforming to IS: 9523 including all necessary valve chamber, supporting structures, anchor / thrust block etc., various types of valves , NRV, bends, tees, reducers, socket and flanged tail pieces, duck foot bends, collars, mechanical joints, dead end caps, blank flanges etc. as per requirement including EPDM rubber gaskets suitable for tyton joints and ‘O” rings required for the jointing of specials with the pipes, nuts and bolts with packing gaskets, including excavation in trenches, dismantling of all type of pavements, sand bedding as required, backfilling of trenches and foundations with approved graded excavated materials and approved graded river sand as required including loading and unloading , Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, road restoration, hydro-testing complete for distribution system as per Technical Specifications and direction of Engineer: (repairing charges payable to PWD / local bodies, if any), including obtaining permission for laying of pipe line along / across any Govt. / Semi Govt./ Private property, and including payment of all Taxes & duties as applicable under rule, all complete, as directed and specifi
