TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORK IN VARIOUS MD ACCN UNDER AGE BR-I OF GE (AF) ADM AREA AT AF STATION AGRA

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in and also those referred to the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions herein after and also those referred to as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of this contract or from the date given in accepting letter at the rates contained in MES schedule subject to contractors %age as given in BOQ. Note :- (i) Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) available at Column 5 of this BOQ to quote the percentage (under colum 6) above/below MES Standarad Schedule of rates. The percentage quoted by tenderer shall be made applicable for acceptance while publishing the acceptance letter. (ii) The total amount given in respective column No 6 is for guidance and refrence only. Similarly the quoted amount works out (based on percentage rate quoted by contractor) shall also be treated as rough and reference only. The acceptance contractor offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES standard schedule of rates. The works orders for various works / services shall be placed upto the amount as shown in line 2, col 3 of appendix 'A' to Notice Inviting Tender (NIT). (iii) Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, the net contract sum shall be shown as Estimated Cost under Para 2, col 3 of Appendix 'A' to Notice Inviting Tender (NIT).
