Loading, Safe carriage & unloading of heavy stock material (other than pole) from store center to site store with proper stacking of material distance about 30 Km.

Excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft & hard rock and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (900×600)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support & Erection of support. Fixing of all clamps, Cross Bracing Sets 3.5 Mtr. from M.S. Angle 65×65×6mm/50×50×6mm & other accessories on the supports as per drawing. Work includes cutting of holes and providing M.S. Bolts of 16×40mm size in the middle of cross bracing with 1 no. spring washer. Grouting of supports in CC 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size (450×450)mm ×1/6th of full length of the support, up to ground level, 300 mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grit) with muffing as per drawing, work includes back filling and proper ramming. 13 M Long STP, SP-72 Round Pole

Grouting of stay rods (20×1800)mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 × 0.60 × 0.30)m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg. including back filling, proper ramming etc and fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing.

Earthing of supports with MS earth Rod of (20×2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving M.S. Rod 3.0 M apart from support and 0.5m below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of G.I. wire no. 8 SWG and earthing lugs.

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel.

Guarding between two poles like single poles, double poles, four poles, etc. to guard LT, 11 KV Line telephone and river crossing, road crossing etc. with G.I. wire no. 6 SWG and G.I. wire no. 8 SWG, including cutting with fabrication and fixing of guarding channel with clamps nut & bolts etc. as per drawing.

Providing & fixing of danger board at each location as per specification of the drawing with clamps etc.

Chopping of branches of trees of eucalyptus, Neem, Keekar and other kind of trees along the route of the line and disposal of the same at suitable place.

Painting of following supports/structures with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint after one coat of ready mix primer including cost of all material, as well as rubbing/cleaning of surface as required for proper completion of work. Painting will be done by post office red paint from top to cross arm and remaining by Aluminium paint. 13 Mtr, SP-72 Poles including all channels/X-Arms/Clamps etc. Single supports

Making H.T. Connections of the proposed line, on to the existing 33 KV bay/line from where line is eminating and another at the end of line to the terminal gantry at proposed 33 KV Sub-station. The work consists of fixing of tension fitting, insulators, jumpering, clamping and binding etc. at the end as per site conditions.

Wrapping of barbed wire on 33 KV PCC Poles/SP-55/SP-72 ST Poles as anti-climbing device for a length of 0.9 Mtr., wire pitch/gap 13mm and fixing upper and lower end keeping lower end at a height of 2.75 Mtr. from the ground complete with supply and fixing of lower end & upper end clamps made of M.S. Flat 40×5mm complete with nuts & bolts & all other required material.

Numbering of each supports by preparing background with dark yellow paint in the size of 150mm dia and writing support number 100mm high with black paint.

Digging of Trench by excavation of earth of 1050x750mm size for 33KV line

Safely laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm. XLPE Cable in Cable Trench with Providing & Laying of Ist Class Bricks, along the length on both side of 33KV XLPE Cable in Cable Trench (minium 18No. Bricks/Mtr per Cable) and Stone Slab (Smooth surface both side) of size 400x600x40mm on top of the Cable, Providing 150mm thickness River sand for cushion beneath and 150mm above the cable as per specification.

Back filling of excavated earth in the cable trench upto the ground level and ramming properly.

Supply & Laying of HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-200mm dia by HDD trenchless method, as per site requirement.

Laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE cable in HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-200mm dia by HDD trenchless method, as per site requirement.

Providing & Fixing 150mm dia 2mm thick 3M long G.I.Pipe over 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable before mounting the 2No. Cable on double pole / Cable support structure. The work includes fixing of Clamp, sealing of top and bottom end of the G.I.Pipe. One end of G.I.Pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm.

Laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable in the air on cable Riser Double Pole, existing cable trench, Pucca trench, nala x-ing & G.I.Pipe and making connection with 33KV over head line at both ends.

Making of 33KV Outdoor type cable end termination by heat shrinkable XLPE Cable Jointing Kits/ ST. T.H and crimping with proper size aluminium lugs. Work includes providing Aluminum lugs, insulating tapes etc as per specifications.

Road restoration charges for 1Mtr wide Kachcha Road (Inter locking Tiles, Bricks Road & Developed green belt only) or Deposite charges to take the permission/approval/NOC from any Development Authority/Govt. Body/Forest Deptt./and other concerned Deptt. for restoration of damaged property like Kuccha road, Inter locking Tiles and other utilities.

Road restoration charges for 1Mtr wide Pakka Road (Cemented, Concrete & Black road only) or Deposite charges to take the permission/approval/NOC from any Development Authority/Govt. Body/Forest Deptt./and other concerned Deptt. for restoration of damaged property like Pucca road, Inter locking Tiles and other utilities.
