| 1.Cutting of DSL AngleThe existing 75x75x8 mm DSL angle shall be cut at:•North end•Near Column 29 - for isolating OAFL and NAFL HT bays. •South end of the bayCutting is to be done to create provision for the parking bay.Proper marking and measurement shall be ensured before cutting.2.Welding of Unwanted Gaps in DSLAll unwanted gaps created in the DSL after cutting shall be:Properly weldedGround smoothChecked for structural continuity3.Mounting of 250/300A Isolators250/300A isolators shall be securely fixed on the respective column.Mounting height and accessibility shall comply with safety standards.Ensure proper alignment and mechanical stability.4.Fabrication of Mounting FrameA suitable mounting frame shall be fabricated using:25x25x3 mm angleFrame shall be:•Properly aligned•Welded securely•Painted with anti-rust coating (if required)5.Additional Supporting Angles & InsulatorsProvide additional support wherever DSL is slightly bent or sagging using:50 x 50 x 6 mm L-angle•Install additional insulators as required.•Ensure proper alignment and prevention of sagging.6.Cable Crimping & Phase ConnectionProperly crimp cables using suitable lugs.Connect cables to all three phases (R-Y-B) of DSL on both sides of the cut section.Ensure correct torque tightening and insulation integrity.7.Cable Cleats InstallationProvide cable cleats for:Incomer cables to DSLOutgoing cables from DSL to isolatorEnsure proper spacing, clamping, and neat cable routing.8.Final Dressing & WeldingEnsure neat cable dressing and alignment.Finish all weld joints properly.Remove sharp edges and clean the work area after completion.9.Replacement of Broken InsulatorsIdentify and remove damaged/broken insulators.Replace with new insulators of suitable rating & Ensure proper fixing, insulation clearance, and mechanical strength.10.Align the current collector assembly and the structure. Align the current collector assembly with the DSL and supporting structure.Ensure smooth movement and proper contact pressure.& Check for:Correct tracking, misalignment or binding &Proper electrical contact across full travel length | — | — | — | 1,71,100 |
