SMART PERIODICAL SERVICES TO CERTAIN BLDGS AT TECHNICAL AREA/DOMESTIC AREA AND OFFICERS ENCLAVE OF 20 WING AF STN UNDER GE (AF) BAGDOGRA

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1 Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2 Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3 Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone masonry walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers (10 mm +5 mm) on external faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement with using approved Liquid Water Proofing Compound on second layer (5 mm) as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note against Item No 05 to 07 : (a) Necessary scaffolding and ladder of approx. 10 m height shall be provided by the contractor in his own arrangement. Green cloth shall be provided all around the work site for any position/ height with all safety precaution (i.e Safety Jacket, Safety Shoes, Safety Masks, Safety Helmet, Safety harness, Safety Goggles etc.) Without safety precaution this work not been commenced complete all as specified and directed. No extra cost shall be paid for such precaution. Such precaution shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(b) Insurance for each worker shall be provided during currency of the work and no extra cost shall be paid. The same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(c) No work shall be commenced without furnishing above documents to the concerned authority. (d) No payment for additional height shall be paid to the contactor.

Removing vegetation/Plant from wall, roof, over chajjas water tank etc, growing in any position complete, including removing roots, bldgs upto 2 stories height including necessary scaffolding and necessary tools, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old floor/hard standing/pavers block/chequered tile/roof tiles surface and applying two coats of floor/roof paint over a self priming coat as per following working specification :- (a) Wash surface with a house to remove loose dust and scrub with brush to remove algae/ fungus and moss growth (b) After diluting the emulsion with 30 to 40% water, applying a self priming coat.(c) Wait for 6 to 7 hours, then add two coats of floor coat emulsion after thinning with water to obtain brushable consistency.
