Reparing and refixing of confrence hall chair with all fiiting like old foam change into high density,fire retardant foam with a density of 50 ± 5 kg /m3 , and old febric cover change into full upholestery febric cover for the seat and back tubler steel structure for the stand ERW metal frame for the seat and back with auto tip up and mechnanism & PPCP armrest with a cup holder and row plate indicator on side of chair and seating numbring that is clearly visible from a reasional distance with high tensile grade steel bolt ,nut.& washer and expension bolt set in hole drilled to a depth of at least 40 mm in concrete . including cost of all material labour and T&P required for proper completion of work .

Providing and fixing of lemination both side on flush door complete with all fitting (excluding cost of door lock & door closure ) etc all complete as per drawing specification and direction of engineer in charge (NSI Approved rate)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Existing old damage Tile and Fixing New false ceiling with 12mm thick Arm strong Fire resistant gyp board false ceiling system of approved type fixed to a Withrequired hanger Including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Supply of labour like Beldar/ Coolie & Rearranging of Furniture etc work.Labour rate+CP .
