appx. With below mentioned scope as per Annexure- 1, Technical Description.
A) Pendant Push Button(Secondary option) and Radio remote control (Primary) Crane control.
B) Wire rope, Rope Drum, Helical Gear boxes,
Coupling, wheels, Hooks, Bearings, Lubrication, LT rail. C) Structural Items: Main Bridge Girder, End Carriage, Gantry Leg, Platform, Ladder, Buffer, Flood Liight D) Electrical Motor for Hoist, Cross traverse, Long traverse.
E) Brakes, Limit Switches.
F) Crane control Panels, Cables, Power supply. G) Speed Control through VVFD drive.
H) The contractor shall undertake non-destructive testing (NDT) and structural stability evaluations of the specified equipment, inclusive of all associated electrical installations. Upon successful completion of all inspections and diagnostics, the contractor must compile and submit a comprehensive technical dossier. This submittal shall include the structural stability endorsement, validated NDT reports, and all relevant electrical safety and compliance test certificates. | 1 | Set | - | - |
