Supply & fixing of 120 Watt LED street light luminaire (Minimum Efficacy: 13200) suitable to operate on 1Ø, 50 Hz, AC supply with inbuilt driver , and all other accessories complete as required for installation in existing street light pole ( suitable for pole dia 32mm to 40mm by use of reducer if required ) as per site requirement conforming to technical specification attached.

Supply of 120 Watt LED street light luminaire (Minimum Efficacy: 13200) suitable to operate on 1Ø, 50 Hz, AC supply with inbuilt driver and all other accessories complete as required ready to be installed at site.

Supply of 3.5c x 25 sq. mm XLPE insulated and PVC Sheathed, Aluminium Conductor (armoured) industrial cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1),1988 with up to date amendments. (The outer sheath shall be FRLS)

Supply of following sizes of PVC insulated and FRLSH sheathed, copper conductor un-armoured Power Cable of 1.1KV grade, confirming to IS 694:2010 with up to date amendments and confirming to technical specifications. (a) 3c x 1.5 Sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL/HDPE pipe as required. (a) Upto 35 Sqmm.

Drawing follwing sizes of multicore un-armoured copper conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade throughtout the existing pole from junction box to light fitting as per site requirement. as required. (a) 3c x 1.5 Sq.mm

Providing, laying & fixing of following dia GI pipe (medium class) in ground/hard rock complete with GI fittings including trenching (minimum 50 cm depth) and re-filling with concrete/bitumen etc. for making good the same as per site condition. (a) 80 mm dia.

Providing & fixing of following dia GI pipe (medium class) on surface with suitable size MS clamp[ 25/40 mm x 3 mm] complete with GI fittings as per site condition. (a) 80 mm dia.

Supplying & laying 50 mm dia (OD) HDPE pipe (PE-80 & PN-10) conforming to IS:4984 along- with fitting & cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including excavation & refilling the soil etc. as per site requirement.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (a) 3.5c x 25 Sq.mm

Supply & fixing of Polycarbonate make Junction Box (Size: 278 x 188 x 120 ; IP-66 & IK-07) on existing street light pole up-to 1.5 Mtr. height from ground level along-with mounting accessories. The job includes providing & interconnection of 1 number SP-MCB ,C Series of 6 Amp rating & 4P connector/terminal [Suitable for termination of 25 sqmm Al Cable] by 1.5 Sqmm single core copper cable for proper termination of incoming/outgoing cable inside the junction box.

Supply of Polycarbonate make Junction Box (Size: 278 x 188 x 120 ; IP-66 & IK-07) along-with mounting accessories including interconnection of 1 No. SP-MCB, C Series of 6 Amp rating & 4P connector/terminal.[Suitable for termination of 25 sqmm Al Cable]

Dismantling & shifting of existing cable (up-to size of 50 Sq.mm.) in AAI store (within a distance of 1500 Mtr.) from execution site as per site condition.

Dismantling & shifting of existing Junction Boxes in AAI store (within a distance of 1500 Mtr.) from execution site as per site condition.

Dismantling & shifting of existing light fittings in AAI store (within a distance of 1500 Mtr.) from execution site as per site condition.

Dismantling & shifting of existing GI Pipe (upto 50mm dia) in AAI store (within a distance of 1500 Mtr.) from execution site as per site condition.

Supplying & laying 6 SWG GI wire at minimum 30 cm depth below ground level along HDPE/GI Pipe for conductor earth electrode, including connection/termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath including stacking the same (within 50 metre lead) in intact condition for re-use in same site as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks as per BOQ Item No:18).

Supply of LED Strip Light (adhesive type) including suitable Driver unit (2A, 12 V) in compliance with following parameter: (a) Wattage - 25 W (b) Unit length minimum 5 Mtr (c) Consist of 60 LED modules/Meter (d) CCT 6500 K. (e ) Warranty Period 2 Years.

Supply of Tricolour LED Rope Light (plug & play type) having IP 65 protection in compliance with following parameter: (a) Minimum Wattage - 108 W (b) Unit length minimum 18 Mtr (c) Consist of 72 LED modules/Meter

Supply of LED Strip Light (Rope Type) having IP 65 protection in compliance with following parameter: (a) Wattage - 6 W/Mtr. (b) Consist of 72 LED modules/Meter in transparent silicon coating (c) Unit length minimum 50 Mtrs (d) Minimum 400 Lumens/Metre & CCT 3000 K (e) Suitable to operate on 12 Volt driver unit

Supply of Driver units for LED strip lights in compliance with following parameter: (a) Make of Driver shall be of OEM of LED Lights as per BOQ Item No 22 and Item No 23. (b) Drivers shall be marked with IS 15885 (Part 2/ Sec 13) (c) Drivers shall be of Constant Voltage Type as specified below.
