Maintenance of plants : Complete maintenance of 5050 nos. of tree saplings planted in Garhi Mandu Pocket C against the High Court Orders for a period of 01 (one) year including watering, cleaning, dressing, soil work with hoes & khurpis, weeding, light pruning, watch & ward 24 hours, spreading cow dung manure, removal of rubbish from whole plantation area, area casualty replacement. Insecticides, Pesticides, Fungicides etc. would be required to be applied as and when required or as per instructions of DRO/Range In-charge / concerned Range. PVC pipe, tools, generator set (if required), fixing of temporary tent, Protection of fencing/boundary would be required to be applied/utilized by contractor through his own arrangement. Providing and watering of plants through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc, at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 lit capacity with one labour for watering i/e cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at the site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge. 20 Liters of water per plant per watering (including cost of water tanker and manpower) Note: a) watering has to be done as per watering schedule. Total 15 watering in a year by utilizing appx. 303 nos. of tankers of 5000 lt. capacity in one year. b) Minimum 6 Nos. of labourers to be engaged including watch & ward at the site of maintenance by the Contractor for effective care of 5900 nos. of tree saplings. c) Cow dung manure is required to be applied 0.54 cu.m per plant per year i.e 272 cu.m.
