Taking down/Disconnecting carefully XLPE 11 KV HT Cable of size 95/120 Sqmm 3 Core (04 to 06 Cables) from the Existing GoDs/2 Pole structure/ 4 Pole structure /HT Bus Bar Panel, expose the cable loop by necessary excavation including relay and re-connected all cables with New installed RMUs and with existing Transformers etc after completion of jointing works at respective locations after taking proper power shut down and exercising all safety precautions for working personnel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Taking down / Dismentling carefully existing Old vintage GoDs complete with 2 / 4 pole structure / HT Bus Bar Panel, approx size (1.2x0.6x1.5) mtr with Angle Iron Support after taking proper power shut down and exercising all safety precautions for working personnel including transporting and deposited to MES Store Yard (distance approx 3 Km from work site to MES Store Yard) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Supply and laying in trenches including testing & commissioning, 11000 Volts, power cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 11 KV HT grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3 Core (Earthed) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Supply and laying in trenches including testing & commissioning, 11000 Volts, power cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 11 KV HT grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3 Core (Earthed) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Supply and Laying in trenches including testing and commissioning 4 Core 10 Sqmm, LT UG Power cable, XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with multi-stranded aluminium conductor including termination with LT Panel/Pole with galvanised or Cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers etc including clamping on any type of wall with suitable size of GI Clamps, nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in for foundation of pole, stay, laying of cable and pipe etc all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge :

(a) Hard/dense soil

(b) Soft/disintegrated rocks

Returning and filling in, including spreading and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm all all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Removing excavated material a distance n. exc 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

M&L for dry sand for cushioing to under ground cable intrenches incl spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all specified. Note : For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Supply and Laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mmx 40mm for protection of cable from mechanical damage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

M&L in replacement for laying of half round reinforced concrete pipe, of inner dia 150 mm and Outer dia 200 mm, half round for bottom and half round for top and before laying excavated area shall be leveled, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. Note : 01 Half round top and 01 half round bottom together will be considered as one running meter. Make :As per sample approved by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and lay G.I pipe 50 mm dia light grade with all fittings required for protection of under ground cable completeall as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

S&F of Cable Route Marker made up of Cast Iron of dia 80 mm and thickness 4.65 mm with supporting angle iron of size 20 x 20 x 3 mm and height 0.6 mtr for stand including priming, painting and wirting of "LT CABLE" with suitable size of letter including necessary earthwork and grouted at suitable depth in PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

S & F of 4 Module Plexo boxes conform to EN 60439-3, wheather proof cabinets IP 65, IK-09-Cl-II, door and cabinet fully reversible, removable chasis and faceplates, mounting rail for modular products, box colour light grey L750A, cover colour dark grey R746A including 01 x 63 Amp, 4P, MCB, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. M & L for GI earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level in any type of soil strata, connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 3 of MES schedule (2009) Part – I connected to outdoor RMU including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit & chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 & pit cover including lifting handle and Earth lead and 20mm Dia GI watering pipe medium grade, Funnel, wiremesh, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including testing on completion.

M & L for GI Earthing Strip size 25x4 mm thick buried directly in ground or fixed on wall with suitable size of SMC/FRP insulators including bolts, nuts and washers etc beyond the 7.5 Mtr length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
