Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations. a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC Slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/ Brick Bats 25mm to 115mm size with 50% of Cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300mm height including rounding of Junctions of walls and slabs) c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. d) finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300mm/sq 3mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by Engineerin- charge with average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment (Make Armocreate of SWC Chryso France) to vertical and horizontal surface of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the consisting of (i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg /sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding of junctions of vertical and horizontal surface. (ii) IInd course of 20mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions including rounding of junctions of vertical and horizontal surface. (iii) III course of applying blown or / residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg per sqm of area. (iv) Ivth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 kg/sqm.

Providing and laying glossy finished vitrified ULTRA CHARGE TILES PRM QUALITY floor tiles of 60x60cm sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make of Somany, NITCO and Kajaria make in colours and shade Dacia Series, Crown series, Nuvaro series and Luciano series with the combination of light and dark color laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with matching Epoxy OR Grouts of Make Somany,Nitco, Kajaria etc. complete.

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Kota stone slab 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm ( average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing, polishing and curing complete.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Maintaining 50mm joint right from foundation to top and allowing its free moment throughout the life span of structure "Providing/Supply of Dura Board HD 100, 50mm, Premounded Compressible filler Board in Black colour manufactured by the Supreme industries Ltd. or equivalent, conforming to MORTH specifications (clause 1015), having minimum density 95 kg/cum, non staining with less than 1% water absorption and compression recovery 93% minimum as per specifications" in the joint through and through (foundation to top) in brick masonary, columns and beams.

Sealing of joint 50mm. Clean the joint both the side and apply Master Brace ADH 2200 adhesive throughly on the clean surface along the joint with spatula and thickness should be 1mm -2mm. Place the Master Seal 1930 10mm on the ADH 2200 on the both sides keeping the centre totally for free movement.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). MAIN LT PANEL

Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following Utility panels suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz power distribution system. The panel shall be Indoor, free standing, floor mounting, sheet metal clad, cubicle, dead front, dust and vermin proof type compartmentalised design fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel for Load bearing members and 1.6 mm thick for non-load bearing members, complete with colour coded, heat shrinkable PVC insulated, aluminium bus bars and separate earth bus bar of adequate cross section through out the length of the panel. The incoming and outgoing feeders shall be accommodated in a fully segregated, modular multitier arrangement with adequate size and distinct cable alley, bus bar alley/chamber . The panel shall be complete with name plate, earthing, numbering, danger plate etc. as required and as per specifications and drawings. The panel shall withstand the fault level of as indicated elsewhere or shown in Single Line Diagram.

Important Notes: Common for all Switchboard:

The BOQ shall be read inconjunction with general notes, specification and Single Line Diagram (attached for Ref.). Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of true parallel redundant 1 x 30kVA, online, UPS system suitable for providing power supply to emergency lighting and Computerised Control panel load of approved make, suitable for incoming 440 volts, single phase +10 % -20%, 50 Hz, supply and three phase 440 volts, output voltage, variation ± 1%, including inbuilit , rectifier/dual converter, static switch, inverter, filters, Bypass & static transfer switch for automatic switch over without giving any break of power, maintenance bypass switch, Microprocessor/software controlled annunciation, protection (including against input phase reversal), and menu run diagnostic module, associated cabling and connections/terminations, erection including associated foundation/masonorey or RCC work for mounting on base channels etc. complete as per specifications and as required.

EXTERNAL LIGHTING

Supplying, erection, testing and commissioning of HOT dip galvanized octagonal steel pole of 7 meter height made out of 3mm thick sheet having bracket length of 500mm long including built in connector control box with flush cover and supplying and fixing of 6 Amp SP MCB C-Series and 32 Amp heavy duty connector etc. for making connections with suitable size of copper wire and thimbles / lugs in the connector box, base plate of 200mm x 200mm x 12mm thick, bolt size 4 nos 24mm long, bolt length 750mm, projected bolt length 125mm and anchor plate thickness of 3mm. The pole shall be installed in cement concrete foundation (1:3:6) i.e. 1 cement, 3 coarse sand and 6 graded stone with the help of anchor bolts of 3/4" dia by laying iron bar mesh fabricated with 6mm dia iron bar, earthing of pole, connection etc. complete as required.
