Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compound including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over old surface including washing cleaning and preparing the walls scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over old wooden surface including cleaning the surface after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Removal of old tarfelt and disposal of debris with all leads complete job as per direction of E/I.

Water proofing for old and New Roof Slab : - Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory designed, ready to use, acrylic modified flexible material applied with brush, roller or spray for water proofing coating as per manufacturer specifications with following steps:-

Surface preparation :- Providing and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, oil, grease including removal of existing loose paint/coating and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air & water jet including all materials, labour, tools complete Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from soffit to identify seepage, leakage. On identification of seepage, cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika India Pvt. Ltd/MYK schomberg/Dr. Fixit/fosroc or equivalent. Proiding and reparing of all corners and joints such as those between the parapet wall and the roof slab etc. shall be chamfered with 150mm x 150mm fillet of mortar (Cement sna - 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr. Fixit or equivalent.

Before chamfering surface irregularities, damaged concretein base slab, dead cracks if any, with an acrylic polymer modified repair mortar including a coat of bonding agent of the same with cement slurry including all material, labour, tools complete.

1st coat :- Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use, flexible cementitious material on surface saturated dry roof and inside wall of Parapet wall upto 600mm by brush or roller. After 1st coat of application, 45 gsm of fibre glass cloth to lay when the first layer is still green, 1st coat should be applied @ 1.50 kg/sqm/coat. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

2nd Coat :- To apply the 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use, flexible cementitious material right angle to the 1st coat over the glass fibre laid surface. 2nd coat should be applied @ 0.7 kg/Sqmt/coat. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured. After three days of drying the 2nd coat, the rain water outlets to be plugged and ponding test to be done for 48 hours to identify seepage, leakage from soffit and if found necessary rectification to be doen as per satisfaction of E/C. Protection of treatedsurface with PCC : - The treated surface should be covered with 25mm/50mm PCC of M-20 grade (1:1.:3) with proper slope (1:120) towards the rain outlets in alternatepanels of 2 Mt x 2mt keeping 6mm gap between the panel joint intergal water proofing admixture conforming to IS 2645 @ of 100 ml per bag of cement to be added in the acreed concrete (paid separately for this items) all corners shall be chamfered with 150mm x 150mm fillet. The rainwater outlets shall be just leveled with the screed concrete to ensure smooth discharge of water - the peripheral gaps between PVC pipe outlet and concerte surface should be packed properly with rich concrete and the peripheral mouth to be sealed with moisture insentive epoxy putty of Sika India pvt Ltd/MYK Schomberg/Dr. Fixit/Fosroc. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured."

Groove of PCC surface should be filled with Polysulphide Sealant. (Paid Separately) Brand - Sika India Pvt. Ltd./MYK Schomberg/Dr. Fixit/Fosroc. Warantly for five years.

Providing and filling of 6mm thick Groove between 25mm PCC Panels with Polysulphide Sealant (Poring Grade) as per drawings and technical specifications and direction of E/I. (with 18% GST) Brand - Sika-Polysulphide, Forsoc-thioflex 600, Dr. Fixit Pidiseal PS (42P, MYK Seal PS or Equivalent.

Covering of treated surface with PCC :- Providing 50mm thick cement concrete M-20 (1:1.5:3) maintaining slope in alternate 2 mt x 2 mt panels with approved quality of stone chips of 20mm to 6mm size graded and cleaned sand of F.M. to 3 including screening, shuttering and mixing cement concrete in mixer with admixture in integral water proofing and placing in position, skirting curing, taxes and roaylty all complete as per building specification and directions of E/I. Panels that has been left should be casted next day. There should be 6mm gap between Panels Brand-Sika-plastocrate plus, MYK proof WP 10, Fosroc-Conplast X 4211C, Dr. Fixit Pidproof LW+ or equivalent.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Ganite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red - Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Granite work

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing & Applying high quality acrylic modified resin based texture of Dholpur/Red sand stone Pattern with anti algae and UV resistance properties to be applied as intermediate finish in desired pattern @ 43.04 kg/10 sqm to form film of 1- 1.5 mm thickness after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles from the plaster surface, followed by top coating with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade by two or more coats @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm, complete as the direction of Engineer -in-Charge.
