Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: Old work (one or more coats applied) complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length. Sal wood. (Best quality).

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 10 kg/sqm (4mm thick) float Rale for thickness of glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt shutters in mm per sqm hinges bright finished of required size with necessary 35 second class Deodar wood.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty: Float glass panes of thickness 5.0 mm (weight not less than 12.5 kg/sqm).
