Repair and Renovation of footpath from Dalgate road Bridge

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing chequered/ plain grey as required on site 20-22 mm concrete tils ,jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles , including rubbing , cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) complete job.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with silicon and acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer of approved brand and patchy portion of plastered surface Two coats.

Providing & fixing colour coated profile sheets 0.50 mm (tile profile) including providing and fixing of ridges, valleys or hips over all width plain Colour coated Sheets using self drilling and 31 self tapping fasteners of reputed make with purlins sheet using self drilling and self tapping fasteners (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete) with required head load complete.

Providing and fixing COBLLE stone 100mmx100mm x 60-70 mm thickness in any patern and colour as per directions of EIC ,jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone , including rubbing , cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) complete job.
