M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles (8-9mm) thick of size exc 0.18sqm but n.exc 0.36 Sqm each in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including dismantling of old tiles including cement mortar bedding of any description and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) in section , area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cemet to match the shade of tiles including dismantling of old tiles including cement mortar bedding of any description and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including dismantling of old tiles including cement mortar bedding of any description and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.as directed.

S & F for 4 mm thick of size 600x600mm HSPC (high pressure Steam Cured) pre-painted self embossed, textured designer board E-Board Classic to be fixed GI grid/section size 600mmx600mm with main runner 38x24x0.9mm thick ,cross tee 28.6x24x0.9 mm and wall angle 19x19xo.9 mm duly suspended with 6mm dia GI bar hangers 1200mm centre to centre both ways fixed with steel dash fasteners or from purlin from the roof with alignment clip including providing provisions for light fixtures of any size and finally applying two coats of oil bound distemper including dismantling of old unsv ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) any thickness including cover fillets of any description and at any location complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain or coloured with wood grains printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame including dismantling of old unsv ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) any thickness including cover fillets of any description and at any location complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in unframed work any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for second class hardwood as in scantlings clean sawn timber fixed 4 Sqcm and over in section all as specified including dismantling of old from its existing position in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section clean sawn, secured with nails of size exceeding 13Sqcm and not exceeding 25 Sqcm complete all as specified and as directed.
