Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (RCC) work up to double-storey height in parapets, chajjas, fins, fascias and other similar structural/non-structural members, of any description and in any position, including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition, dismantling, lowering, stacking/removal of demolished materials and debris, and all incidental works necessary for complete execution, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing formwork/shuttering to chajjas, fins, fascias, beams and similar RCC works, including horizontal, sloping, flat and curved surfaces, using suitable materials to receive fair-faced/finished concrete surfaces, at heights up to double-storey building level, including all necessary supports, staging, props, ties, wedges, struts, erection, alignment, levelling, adjustment, treatment of joints, application of release agent, dismantling and removal of formwork after completion, and all incidental works, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing TMT reinforcement steel bars of Fe-500/Fe-550D grade, 6 mm to 8 mm diameter, cut to required lengths, straightened, bent and shaped to the required profiles, including cranking, bending, spirally winding for column hoops/ties, providing hooks at ends, laps and anchorage as required, and binding with annealed mild steel binding wire of not less than 0.90 mm diameter or securing with approved clips, including all cutting, bending, placing, tying, supports and incidental works, complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete (RCC) of nominal mix 1:2:4 using 20 mm nominal size graded coarse aggregate, in fins, fascias, parapets, chajjas and similar RCC works, at heights up to double-storey building level, including mixing, transporting, placing, compacting by vibration, finishing, curing, construction joints and all incidental works necessary for proper execution, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position, including breaking, dismantling, lowering, loading, removal and disposal of demolished concrete/debris to an approved location, together with all necessary labour, tools, equipment and incidental works required for complete execution, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Waterproofing treatment to sunken floor using acrylic based multipurpose polymer. The treatment shall be carried out as per manufactures specification. The treatment shall be include of the following elements also: (i) Surface preparation of substrate by removing all traces of contaminates, loose and friable particles, cement laitance oils and grease, water repellent coatings etc (ii) Injection grouting using cementitious grout if required. The payment for injection grouting shall be made separately etc (iii) Repair to the substrate, filling of blow holes/voids and surface leveling using appropriate products specified by the manufacture. (iv) All intersections of horizontal and vertical surface should be profiled with a mortar fillet of minimum 25mm x 25mm. (v) The moisture content of the substrate shall be checked before application of first coat at water proof coating at the rate of 200 g/m2 followed brush topping at 450g/m2 per mm. The second coat shall be reinforced with glass fabric between the first and second coat. (vi) The treatment shall be protected by application of polymer modified cement mortar of thickness 10mm applied at the rate of 50g per mm. (vii) Tech specification : Tensile adhesion strength 0.5N/Sqmm (as bonding slurry).

Material and labour for Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (AAC) blocks work according to Indian Standard specification IS:2185 (Part-3)-1984 and latest revision built in Cement and sand mortar 1:6 with Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (AAC) blocks straight or curver on plan exceeding 6mtr Mean radius as in sunken floor complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate, as flooring, including mixing, laying, spreading, levelling, compacting, finishing to required line, level and slope, curing and all necessary labour, materials, tools, equipment and incidental works, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking the surface to provide adequate key, scrubbing and cleaning down with water, and removing the debris to the designated place, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and applying 12 mm thick ready-mix cement plaster on internal/external surfaces of brick walls, chajjas, fins and concrete surfaces, including preparation and cleaning of background, wetting, mixing and application of ready-mix material, levelling, finishing to an even and fair surface, curing and all necessary labour, materials, tools and plant, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
