Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead :

Of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above

Paintting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture:

New work (two or more coats)

Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture:

Old work (one or more coats)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm) with Zinc coating 120 gram per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :

Ridges plain (500- 600mm)

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.

With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

One or more coats on old work

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour

Old work (one or more coats)

Dismantling eaves of facia board of width 30 cm width stacking the serviceble material within 50 metres lead.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Second class hard wood Cat.-II A

Providing and fixing pre-painted galvalume (PPGL) steel profile sheets AZ-150 of brand Tata Bluescope steel, Everest Industries Ltd., JSW Steel Ltd., Jindal India Ltd. or equalavent (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with aluminium zinc coating 150 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping aluminium screws (Xylan) of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing eaves and facia board with WPC board of 18mm thick and 30 cm width of approved brand and manufacture with necessary screws etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing of Semi Perforated ceiling board of size 600x600mm in ceiling etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
