SUPPLY OF 75MM HI CHROME GRINDING MEDIA BALLS.

The bidder should have experience in supplying Hi-Chrome grinding media balls. Experience Requirement Clause: a) The tenderer must be a manufacturer who has manufactured, tested, and supplied Hi-Chrome grinding media balls. The quantity supplied should be at least 3,20,000Kgs of the total quantity required under this tender in any one of the following financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Note: For Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the minimum supply requirement shall be 1,60,000Kgs of the quantity required. b) Tenders submitted by authorized representatives/agents of eligible manufacturers may also be considered, provided the following conditions are met: 1. The Manufacturer must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above in full and must furnish an authorization letter in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations for the goods supplied. 2. The Authorized Representative/Agent must have supplied satisfactorily at least 1,20,000Kgs of the tendered quantity of Hi-Chrome grinding media balls during any one of the financial years: 2022-23, 202324, or 2024-25. Note: All tenderers must enclose relevant supporting documents, such as Purchase Order copies, as proof of compliance with the above criteria.

The manufacturers or authorized dealers/distributors are eligible. Documents to be furnished: Authorization letter from the manufacturer. The authorized dealers/distributors should furnish authorization letter from the manufacturer as per the prescribed format as per annexure-III.

Past Performance Criteria: Bidders who have not previously supplied Hi-Chrome grinding media balls to HGML shall submit a performance certificate issued by their customers against the submitted PO during any one of the financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24, or 2024-25. The certificate must confirm: a. Quality of the material supplied, and b. Adherence to the delivery schedule as per the respective purchase order.

Financial Capability: a) The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs. 5 Crores, during the last three preceding financial years, namely: FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. b) In case of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the required average annual financial turnover shall be 50% of Rs. 5 Crores, i.e., Rs. 2.5 Crores, during the last two preceding financial years: FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. The tenderer shall furnish the following as documentary proof for the financial capability criteria 1. Annual Turnover Certificate for the relevant financial years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, OR 2. Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement for the relevant financial years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.
