RMO Specialized Electrical and Mechanical Services installed at Delhi High Court, New Delhi. (SH Comprehensive maintenance of Central Air Conditioning Plant of Dunham Bush make installed at Administrative Block)

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of 03 Nos. Screw Type Water Chiller Machines of Dunham Bush Make, each of 235 TR Capacity, installed at Administrative Block, Delhi High Court, including routine preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, servicing, testing, commissioning, repair and replacement of all defective/unserviceable spare parts, compressor accessories, oil, refrigerant topping-up, filter drier, gaskets, O-rings, sensors, pressure switches, temperature sensors, solenoid valves, expansion valves, bearings, coupling, vibration pads, electrical components, contactors, relays, control panel components, microprocessor controller accessories, safety devices, consumables, lubricants, chemicals, cleaning of condenser and evaporator tubes, calibration, leak testing, insulation repair, all tools & tackles, testing instruments, manpower, transportation and all other materials required for smooth, safe and uninterrupted operation of the complete chiller system along with all associated accessories as per Annexure-A, OEM recommendations, directions of Engineer-in-Charge and terms & conditions of the contract.

Providing and deploying one qualified Engineer for supervision and monitoring of Dunham Bush Make Water Cooled Screw Chiller Plants i.e. High Side and Low Side both installed at Delhi High Court, on General Shift, having adequate qualification and experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC/Central Air Conditioning Systems. The scope of work shall include supervision of preventive and breakdown maintenance, monitoring and recording of all operational parameters of chillers and associated equipment, ensuring day-to-day compliance with OEM recommendations, coordination with the Engineer-in-Charge, supervision of maintenance activities, attending technical issues, and ensuring smooth, safe and uninterrupted operation of the complete chiller plant, including all statutory and contractual compliances, complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and the attached terms & conditions.
