Providing and fixing 35 mm ( thirty five millimetre) flush door shutters decorative type core of block board construction with frames of first class hard wood and well matched first class indian teak plyveneering with vertical grains or cross bends and face vencering on both faces of shutter including black enamelled M.S. butt hinges including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying Birla white/J.K wall care putty over plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 8 mm ( eight millimetre) thick Bison board ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nails ( frame work and cover fillets to be paid for separately) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter with Readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stoping with enamel paint other than white as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter With white readymixed paint within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering two coats with oil bound washable distemper of Asian / Nerolac approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Precast terrazo tiles 22 mm ( twenty two millimetre) thick of NTC make with graded marble chips of size upto 12 mm, ( twelve millimetre) laid in floors, and landings, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete, on 20 mm ( twenty millimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement is to four coarse sand) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Steel work riveted , bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primming coat of red lead paint in trusses and trussed purlins in building including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.
