Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M.250 and curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (A) Foundations, footings, Base of columns and Mass concrete.

Filling on foundation and plinth with murrum or selected soil in layer of 20 CM thickness including watering ramming and consolidation and etc. complete.

Providing formwork of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. Height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 M. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in. (A) Foundations Footings Bases of Columns etc. and Mass concrete.

Providing and laying ordinary cement concrete 1:2:4 (1- Cement 2- coarse sand : 4- graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) and finishing smooth with,curing etc. complete including the cost of formwork but excluding the cost of reinforcement for R.C.C work in (B) COLUMNS: (i) Having cross-sectional area 0.05 to 0.08 Sq.M.
