Demolition of cement concrete or surkhi filling of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Roof treatment and in sunken treatment etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in roof padding concerte of average 50 mm thick with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately under relevant Item

M & L Cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm grades aggregate) in haunching concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cm 1 : 3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on concrete surfaces when PCC on roof surface is still green including finished even and fair etc complete all as directed. Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately under relevant Item

Cleaning the roof surfaces and applying oil bound bitumen primer @0.20 Kg per Sqm providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster mat weight not less 160 gm per Sqm having softening point not less than 140 Degree centgrade, lengitudinal tensile strength not less than 800N per 5 cm teasing strenght of 180N with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15 cm end laps by application of torch. Applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen over the membrane @ 1.20 kg/sqm as per manufacturer instructions complete as directed

M&L for applying one coat of solar reflective bituminous Aluminium paint over a surface of APP water proofing membrane @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cement concrete tiles with grey cement no pigments 25cm X 25 cm X 22mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat grey cement slurry in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of debris (Aggregates) obatained from demolition including loading and unloading to a distance of 5km from the starting point and deposited where directed etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and carry out expansion joint treatment after proper surface preparation to remove loose mortars, dust, foreign particles from joints, fixing of tightly packed closed cell polyethylene based back up rod or filler board to ensure no gaps or voids exists, mask face edge of the joint using masking tape for neat finish, application of polyurethane or polysulphide sealant (width to depth : 2:1 ratio) and allow it cure for 2 days. Mixing of Two part Epoxy Adhesive using slow speed drill till get homogeneous mix, apply it to prepared joint 1-2mm thick with notched trowel or putty blade, tooled to a smooth finish and finally fixing of Flexible expansion joint (FPO Tape) membrane Dr. Fixit Seal Tape/ Hydrogapshield available in 1mm thickness and 150 mm wide exhibiting superior mechanical properties like, Elongation >500%, Tensile Strength >12N/mm2, Tear Strength >200N above joint followed by another layer of epoxy adhesives as complete as per manufacturer’s specification. Epoxy adhesive shall be applied on outer edges of tape. For joint over end laps, the overlaps surfaces must be clean, wiped and lapped with 100 mm overlap. After application the system should be allowed to cure for 7 days.

M&L for Removing of plants including roots by dismantling of brick work/PCC/RCC including necessary scaffolding , any type , any location/height( roof, parapet walls near pipes etc) and spraying the affected area with solution of 25ml Glyphosphate (4% content) diluted with 1 litre of water or as per manufacturer's instructions after removing roots from wall slabs for preventing the regrowing and making good the disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 with 12.5mm graded aggregate and plaster in CM 1:3 (Size of the disturbed portion 150X150X150mm) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting out V groove on cracks of walls and cleaning out, wetting, grouting with crack filler (Dr Fixit or equivalent) mixing with cement slurry, making good the surface by using CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 as required at site, as per manufactures instuctions, of any description and in any position, with necessary scaffoldings, as approved by Engr in charge

Taking down cement plaster in wall/ceilling surfaces on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering in external wall surfaces of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) with water proofing compond complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces as ceilling finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls and applying two coats cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats white wash etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

Taking up or down GI tubing of 40/50 mm bore and connectons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI tubes of 40 mm dia medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI tubes of 50mm dia medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of Gun metal globe or gate valves/ Non returning Valve of 40 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

S&F in repairs of Gun metal globe or gate valves/Non returning Valve of 50 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

S&F in repairs of Ball valve 40mm dia high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum wt. 210gms) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

S & F in repairs of Rotational moulded PVC water storage tanks of 2000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) , two layered, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part – I including dismantling of OHT of capacity 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside and hoisting of PVC water tank of capacity exc 1000 & n exc 2000 ltrs including cleaning and removing all scale & dirt, etc from tanks , required reconnecting with necessary GI fittings as per site requirements and re- fixing in same position and also writting date of cleaning and due date of cleaning using enamel paint etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.
