Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof /wall covering of tin sheds complete all as specified

Dismantling structural steel work from and including doors, gates or of any description but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified. Note :- dismantling of plain/corrugated sheets from doors and gate will be measured separately in particular item of sheet dismantling.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in groundfloors n.exc 15cm thickness and removing debris outside MD land all as specified

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame) N.exc 1.5 sqm removal to store all as specified.

M & L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick (consolidated thickness), spread, levelled and rammed including watering and compaction all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ in concrete slab of thickness 150mm

M & L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound

M & L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11 to 15 mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long

M&L for bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes , including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy, wall ties; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood/iron trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to FE290 gde -e-165 all as specified.

M & L for Mild steel, plain, black sheet (1.60mm thick) 16gauge in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

S & F 0.5 mm thick pre painted/coloured galvalume Al zin coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of an colour having tensile strenth of 550 Mpa as in roofing fixing all as per manufactures instructions fixed on roof with all fittings and accessories.

Ditto as per item above but plain sheet as in ridge, etc

S & F Machine pressed 2.00 mm thick plain, galvanise, mild steel sheeting in valley gutters (Trapezoidal shape), drips and straight clashings (length and girth fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275.

Material and labour for Welding in repairs exc 2.5 cm but n.exc 5 cm in length , thickness of Metal to be welded exc. 6 mm but not exc. 9mm complete all as specified and as directed

S & F Steel windows for industrial buildings, fixed type, with glazing bars, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3.0 mm th sheet glass ordinary quality plain and glazing with oil putty in square n'exc .5 sqm in each pane.

S & F in repairs of 125 mm long Butt hinges, heavy weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 50 mm thick PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces.complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for joint free Nonskid ceramic coloured tiles s 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match cement to match over 20 mm thk screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches Soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out all as specified and directed :-

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point of any type of excavation all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc

M&L for point wiring with two 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable of PVC insulated and unsheathed type alongwith 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable for continous earthing in & incl in stove enamelled steel conduit & accessories having ISI marked surface type to be fixed with proper screws/ (MS steel strips if required) including sunken box of suitable size for mounting, switches, sockets,switch socket combination, fan regulator etc. with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for one light point or one fan point controlled by one switch .
